The main objective of the project entitled ‘Thermomodernisation of the Wielkopolskie Insurgents Primary School building in Zbąszynek’ (at result level) is a deep energy modernisation of the school building and the transition to a low-carbon economy through the use of renewable energy sources. The project is planned thermal modernization works of the school building in the scope of: • Modernisation of the partition Roof • Modernisation of the partition Peak external wall • Modernisation of the partition Curtain external wall • Modernisation of the partition DZ 'Gravity ventilation' - external doors • Modernisation of the partition OPCV 'Gravity ventilation' - window joinery • Modernisation of the heating system (Construction of a heat source based on a heat pump/Development, construction and implementation of an energy consumption analysis and management system/Construction of a heat recovery system from ventilation air), • Construction of a micro-installation PV 49 kWp (RES) Implementation of the investment is planned in 4 tasks: 1. Development of design and audit documentation - task accomplished. 2. Thermomodernization works - a task planned to be carried out in the build mode. A single Contractor is foreseen for the whole scope. The applicant filed a notification of construction works and received confirmation of non-objection - letter from Starosta Świebodziński No BOŚ.6743.182.2024.MK 3. Investor supervision - a task planned for implementation. One Contractor is foreseen for all supervision with industry inspectors. 4. Project promotion - a task planned for implementation. As part of the promotional activities, the following activities will be implemented: - information board - marking with logotypes and information about co-financing of all information and promotional materials and correspondence within the project - placing information about the project on the Applicant's and school's website - announcement in the local press. All information and promotion activities will be in accordance with the Manual of the Applicant and Beneficiary of European Funds for the years 2021 to 2027. Thermomodernisation of the School's infrastructure, which is the subject of the project, is the implementation of the activities specified in the above-mentioned strategic documents (FELB 2021-2027; PRIORITY 2 European Funds for the green development of Lubuskie; ACTION 2.1 Energy efficiency – subsidies) – the investment is closely linked to the transition to a low-carbon economy. This project is in line with the policy of the provincial authorities, responds to the needs of residents and as a result of its implementation, there will be a significant reduction in energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, and thus an improvement in air quality in the immediate vicinity of the building. The project implementation period covers the period 01.03.2024 - 31.12.2026
