The material scope of the project includes thermomodernization of the building of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 7 in Żary at ul. Szymanowskiego 2 and the building of the branch of the Municipal Kindergarten No 10 "Bajka" in Żary include the following tasks: 1. Thermomodernization of the building of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 7 in Żary at ul. Szymanowski's 2. 2. Thermomodernisation of the building of the Municipal Kindergarten branch No 10 "Bajka" in Żary. 3. Investor supervision. 4. Promotion of the project. 5. Preparatory work. The implementation of the investment will allow to achieve the effect of improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 7 in Żary at ul. Szymanowskiego 2 and the building of the branch of the Municipal Kindergarten No 10 "Bajka" in Żary and the elimination of energy losses. Thermomodernization of buildings will also enable reaching the right value of the heat demand index for heating in the standard heating season. The implementation of this project will make it possible to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (especially carbon dioxide) by reducing thermal losses in buildings. There will also be a reduction in final energy consumption by reducing the amount of energy used for heating processes in buildings. As part of the project, it is planned to carry out a task related to the promotion of the project, which will include: - placement of an information and memorial board (2 items), - placement of information on the Municipality's website (no-cost activity), - placement of the project description on social media (no-cost activity), - marking with a sign of European Funds, colours of the Republic of Poland and the European Union all information and promotion activities related to the project, documents related to the implementation of the project made public, documents and materials intended for project participants (no-cost activity). The project is ready for implementation. Works related to the development of design documentation were carried out. For the thermomodernisation works of the Municipal Kindergarten building No 7 in Żary, construction permit No 245/2023 was obtained on 26.05.2023 (final decision). For thermomodernisation works of the building of the branch of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 10 "Bajka" in Żary, it is not required to obtain a building permit or to submit a notification of works
