The subject of the Project, which will be implemented under FELB.02.02, is the creation and management of the Trust Fund by BGK on the terms and conditions set out in the Financing Agreement, including entrusting the Financing Partners with the creation and management of the Specific Fund with the aim of providing support to final recipients in the form of loans for energy efficiency - IF: Loan for the development of energy efficiency of enterprises, Loan for energy efficiency in housing, Loan for the comprehensive modernization of street lighting for energy-efficient. As part of the implementation of the action: 1. At least 77 entities will be supported by financial instruments for energy efficiency. 2. The annual primary energy consumption will be 2 705 MWh/year. 3. As part of the Project, it will be possible to use IF in the form of loans for energy efficiency, energy efficiency leading to reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Thermomodernization of multi-family residential buildings and public buildings, as well as activities of micro and small entrepreneurs in the field of EE will show at least 30% energy savings. As part of the Project, it will be possible to apply IF in the form of loans and loans for EE combined with grants in the form of grants in the form of partial redemption - in accordance with Art. 5 of the General Regulation. The project is described in detail in the Business Plan attached to the Application. The project will be implemented in particular on the basis of the provisions of the FELB programme, ex-ante evaluation and the IF Investment Strategy under the FELB programme. The project will be implemented in an intermediate model, in accordance with Art. Article 3(c) of the General Regulation. Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) will act as the Entity Implementing the Trust Fund and will select Financing Partners (PF). The Funding Partners will provide support in the Lubuskie Voivodeship.
