The project includes the reconstruction of the provincial road No. 315 on the section Lipiny-Kolsko, class Z, on the section with a total length of 10,763 km and its adaptation to the load capacity of 11.5 tonnes / axle. It will be implemented in the build formula. The project implements Policy Objective CP3 A better connected Europe through increased mobility, Specific Objective Action FELB.04.01 Road infrastructure ERDF/CF.CP3.II. The aim of the project is to develop sustainable mobility based on regional road infrastructure, improving traffic conditions on roads, including increasing traffic safety, increasing the mobility of residents (facilitating access to the labour market, social, cultural services or education). This investment is of strategic importance for the improvement of traffic conditions and further development of the region. The implementation of the reconstruction of DW 315 will improve the passage on the section constituting the main transport axis of m. Wolsztyn (DK32) and m. Nowa Sól (S3). The project provides accessibility to higher category roads, including the TEN-T network (A2 motorway). The implementation of the investment will reduce emissions to the environment, as well as provide a significant improvement in traffic safety. The project will improve the regional and local transport system, increase the comfort of travel, promote the performance of public transport services of public interest, which will increase the number of users of the rebuilt infrastructure. The project will directly contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the region by improving the availability of road infrastructure, which will also have a positive impact on the functioning of economic activity. It is assumed that the following tasks will be carried out: 1.Design documentation - developed design documentation for the investment and obtained the necessary permits for the implementation of construction works. 2.Feasibility Study - prepared Feasibility Study and application form. 3.Promotion of the project The project assumes carrying out promotional and information activities, including information boards, organizing an event or information and promotion activity at an important moment of the project implementation and other promotional activities, including social media and regional media. Documents related to the implemented project, in particular those that will be made public, will bear signs: European Funds, colours of the Republic of Poland and the European Union and the official promotional logo of the voivodship. The planned promotional activities will be in accordance with the provisions of the Guidelines on information and promotion of European Funds for 2021-2027. 4.Construction work 1. Section approx. m. Kolsko in km 21+050,00 ÷ km 23+906.00 about length 2,856 km, includes reconstruction of existing intersections and exits, reconstruction of the existing and construction of a new pavement, reconstruction of roadsides, reconstruction of culverts, construction of lamps illuminating the pedestrian crossing, construction of elements of rainwater drainage in the area of the intersection. 2. The section of approx. m. Konotop in km 27+650-28+190 covers a length of approx. 0,540 km, extension/construction/renovation of slopes, construction of new and reconstruction of existing pavements, reconstruction of roadsides, improvement of marking elements. 3. Konotop - Marianki section in km 29+037-31+700 2,663 km, includes extension/construction/renovation of exits, construction of new pavements, construction of a new bus bay, construction of an island that calms traffic at the entrance to Konotop, reconstruction of roadsides. 4. Odcinek Lubicin - Przyborów w km 34+396-39+100 o long. 4,704km, includes the redevelopment of the intersection in the town of Lipina, the redevelopment/renovation of existing slopes, the redevelopment/renovation of existing ones and the construction of new pavements, the redevelopment of roadsides, the redevelopment of the bus bay in the town of Lipina, the redevelopment of existing culverts, the improvement of marking elements, the redevelopment of the conflicting elements of the power grid nN, the construction of rainwater drainage elements in the area of the town of Lipina. The project will be implemented by the Board of Provincial Roads in Zielona Góra.
