The project assumes the extension of the provincial road No. 276 - ul. Słowiańska in Świebodzin and the construction of a new section of DW No 276 ) with the incorporation of the S3 "Świebodzin Południe" national road into the junction, which is part of the south-western bypass of the city of Świebodzin. As part of the project, a class G road with a load capacity of 11.5 tonnes/axle with a length of 1.107 km will be built. Due to the fact that ul. Słowiańska, which runs along DW 276, is the southern bypass of the city of Świebodzin and will be expanded to include the construction of a new section of road (to the S3 expressway), the investment should be treated as a bypass. The project implements Policy Objective CP3 A better connected Europe through increased mobility Specific objective Action FELB.04.01 Road infrastructure ERDF/FS.CP3.II - Development and improvement of sustainable, climate-resilient, smart and intermodal mobility at national, regional and local level, including improved access to TEN-T and cross-border mobility. The aim of the project is to develop sustainable mobility based on regional road infrastructure, improving traffic conditions on roads, including increasing traffic safety, increasing the mobility of residents (facilitating access to the labour market, social, cultural services or education). This investment is of strategic importance for the improvement of traffic conditions and further development of the region through: -convenient intra-regional connection (direct connection to S3), -favorable connection of the region with the higher category road network (A2 motorway via S3), -improving the regional and local transport system, tourism and economic, -improving communication conditions, -reducing noise, -improving travel comfort, -promoting the performance of public transport services of public utility, which will increase the number of users of the reconstructed infrastructure. The project will also directly contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the region by improving the availability of road infrastructure, which will also have a positive impact on the functioning of economic activity. It is assumed that the following tasks will be carried out: 1. Design documentation - developed design documentation and obtained the necessary permits for the execution of construction works. 2. Acquisition of land - the project involves the acquisition of land for the planned section DW 276. The cost of compensation results from decisions issued by the Governor of Lubuskie Province determining the amount of compensation. 3. Feasibility Study - developed Feasibility Study and application form. 4. The project involves carrying out promotional and informational activities, including information boards, organizing an event or infor.-promotion activity at an important moment of the project implementation and other promotional activities, including social media and regional media. The documents related to the project will have the following characters: FE, colours of the Republic of Poland and the EU and the official promotional logo of the province. The planned promotional activities will be in accordance with the provisions of the Guidelines on information and promotion of European Funds for 2021-2027. 5. The task will be carried out in the "build" formula. The task includes the execution of construction works aimed at the extension of the provincial road No. 276 - ul. Słowiańska and the construction of a new section of DW No. 276, which are part of the south-western bypass of the city of Świebodzin. The designed road begins at the intersection of ul. Słowiańska (DW 276) from ul. Łużycka (DP 4008F) and is divided into two sections: - extension of provincial road No. 276 (ul. Słowiańska) from the intersection with the district road No. 4008F (ul. Łużycka) to the intersection with the district road No. 4017F (ul. Sulechowska) inclusive; - construction of the road within the provincial road No. 276 from the intersection of DW 276 (ul. Słowiańska) with the district road no. 4017F (ul. Sulechowska) with the incorporation of the S3 "Świebodzin Południe" national road into the junction. The project will be implemented by the Board of Provincial Roads in Zielona Góra.
