The main goal of this project is to increase the availability of high-quality pre-school education, which will lead to equal educational opportunities at the later stage of learning in the form of expansion, reconstruction and renovation of the Kindergarten in Lubiszyn (creation of 48 new places and support of 175 places), equipping with didactic equipment and aids optimizing the education process, including for students with special educational needs. The existing kindergarten does not have the right size or equipment in relation to its needs. Currently, 184 children (89K,95M) attend the kindergarten with 175 places available (for the Lubiszyn and Baczyn branches) in Lubiszyn alone, 75 places are available . The current situation results from the high demand for kindergarten care in the Lubiszyn Commune. As a result of the needs diagnosis, taking into account the demographic challenges, 48 new places in the Kindergarten in Lubiszyn are planned. In order to achieve the objectives pursued, the following actions are necessary: 1. Preparatory work (documentation) 2. Promotion of Project 3. Material scope of the project - renovation of the facility 4. The material scope of the project - extension of the facility. 5. Compliance of the project with the principles of equal opportunities and discrimination. Assumptions P result from the needs analysis carried out by W-ca in V.24r. The effect of P will be the expansion of the kindergarten by 308.07 m2, i.e. by 2 rooms (for 48 new places), bathrooms, magazine, cloakroom, social room, office space, together with land development for a playground, renovation of the old part of the kindergarten, purchase of equipment and assistance for a new, expanded part of the kindergarten. Under P W-ca, it has planned only those parts of expenditure that it does not finance from other sources (Polish Deal) – there will be no double funding. The expenditure planned in P concerns only pre-school infrastructure. Under P, it is planned to undertake information and promotional activities, including: placing an information board at the P implementation site, placing promotional stickers, undertaking various means of communication about the investment being implemented (progress, plans) from the earliest stages of project implementation in order to reach the appropriate target group, running social media on an ongoing and active basis, sharing daily activities and presenting real conditions in the PLO. Additional information: 1. Application for co-financing and annexes prepared in accordance with the Instructions set out by the Managing Authority FEWL 21-27 in the Rules for the selection of projects. 2. The project is implemented in the Lubuskie Voivodeship. 3. The level of co-financing of expenditure in the project does not exceed the level of co-financing specified in the Regulations for the selection of projects, i.e. 2 500 000,00zł 4. The costs related to the development of the adjacent area allocated to the playground, including the purchase and installation of equipment, do not exceed 25% of the eligible costs of P. - the amount planned in P. is PLN 66 273.62. 5. Investments in infrastructure aimed at improving the educational conditions of children with special needs or enabling the inclusion of children with special needs in the educational process (the so-called inclusive education), including costs related to the purchase and assembly of equipment/equipment, do not exceed 25% of the eligible costs of P. - the amount planned in P. is PLN 18 151.98. The scope of work is detailed in SW and concerns the adaptation of the bathroom for OzN and the purchase of equipment for inclusive education. 6.The Vice-President provided an own contribution to cover non-subsidised expenditure. 7.The eligible expenditure presented in the project is in accordance with the list of eligible expenditure contained in the Guidelines of the Minister responsible for regional development on the eligibility of expenditure for 2021-20273 and in the Rules for the selection of projects for a given call.
