The main objective of the project is to improve the situation of people on the labour market who are disadvantaged on the labour market by increasing their professional activity and improving the professional qualifications and employability of 30 adults (18 K and 12 M) aged 18 and over, who are working poor and/or people employed on short-term contracts and/or people working under civil-law contracts and/or people leaving agriculture living in the Lubuskie Voivodeship (through increased competences and qualifications, internship implementation, individual support) in the period from 01.10.2024 to 30.09.2025. The project will contribute to the achievement of Policy Objective 4. Specific objective (a) Improving access to employment.... because: -leads to the improvement of competences/qualifications along with a certificate recognizable on the labour market -contributes to meeting the needs of the target and permanent change - vocational courses and internships will affect the situation of participants on the labour market and perception by employers. -lead to social inclusion and employment. -includes people with the largest skills gap and education and employment needs, i.e. low-skilled, 50+, women, people from rural areas, from NSAs. The assumed result indicators are adequate for measuring the assumed goal of the project, they allow monitoring of permanent changes in the OP. SOCIAL BENEFITS ACHIEVED FROM THE PROJECT: -obtaining professional qualifications attested by the authority. The support provided, including training, will result solely from the diagnosis of the needs and potential of the UP and the diagnosed needs of the relevant local or regional labour market. The Applicant's network of contacts with employers will enable the implementation of prestigious trainings consistent with internships and employment. Tasks of the project: ●1. Identifying needs and diagnosing opportunities in the field of professional development through the development of IPD and individual support for the development of the professional path - responds to barriers and allows matching support to the unique needs and professional goals of each participant, which increases the effectiveness of educational activities and opportunities on the labour market. ●2. The implementation of high-quality training aimed at acquiring, increasing or adapting new professional competences and qualifications - will provide modern, practical skills and knowledge, which will enable obtaining a better paid job or professional promotion. ●3. Internship - will enable the practical application of acquired skills, which will increase the chances of improving the situation on the labour market and establishing professional contacts. Results of the project: ● Number of people who have obtained a qualification after leaving the programme – min 90% UP ● Number of people who have improved their situation on the labour market – min 49% UP The project has a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, ensuring access to education and skills development, regardless of their age, gender, social background or disability.
