The main objective of the project is to equalize access to good quality education for 350 students of the Education Team in Skwierzyn from grades 4-8, through general education as part of extracurricular and extracurricular activities, concentrated in 5 thematic blocks, implemented in the 2024/25 school year. The implementation of the project is a response to the solution of a common problem for MOF GW municipalities, diagnosed in the ZIT MOF GW Strategy, which concerns the uneven level of general education. The project is part of Objective 1. It's a department. 1.2.2.Support for general education in MOF GW. The implementation of the project will contribute to equalizing the level of education at the level of the entire MOF for the benefit of all residents of the MOF. Students will achieve better academic results, which will contribute to strengthening the human resources of the MOF economy. The task is also linked to the specific objective set out in the SOP PR FE for Lubuskie 2021-2027-4(f). Results of the project: Equalization of Opportunities for Education. 350 students of the University of Economics through the implementation of extracurricular and extracurricular activities aimed at the development of key competences and competences of the future in subjects of mathematics-natural sciences, humanities, foreign languages, entrepreneurship; with the use of ICT, -improving the school system of psychological care., resulting in an increase in communication skills, coping with aggression, stress and the threat of addictions and an increase in motivation to learn; -supporting particularly gifted pupils whose difficult financial or life situation constitutes a barrier to development; -targeting students in terms of choosing an educational and professional path in the context of local labour market conditions through participation in professional studies; -psychological support for students; -development of competences of teachers and pedagogue staff. Target groups: 1.Students in grades 4-8 SP-350 pers. 2.Pedagogical staff SP-20 pers. 3.a general education school providing general education-ZE in Skwierzyn, within which there is a SP with Integration Departments 4.A body running the school, i.e. The main tasks in the project: Z1-Extra-curricular activities developing key competences in the block of humanities subjects including ICT and cultural expression Z2-Extra-curricular activities developing key competences in the block of mathematical and natural science subjects including ICT and entrepreneurship Z3-Extra-curricular activities developing key competences in the block of foreign languages including ICT Z4-Specialist supporting activities, psychological-pedagogical care and speech therapy Z5-Professional counseling classes Z6-Intermediate costs Tasks will be carried out in one stage. Project activities will be managed by the project team including: the project manager to whom the school coordinator and project staff will be subject. The applicant will carry out the information and promotion obligations, in accordance with the Regulation, the Guidelines on Information and Promotion of the FE and the Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the FE on Information and Promotion. It is envisaged that: - drawing up and displaying information posters at the premises of the beneficiary (Skwierzyna Municipal Office) and at the project site - marking equipment and devices purchased under the project with stickers with information on project co-financing, - creating a subpage/tab on www.skwierzyna.pl with information on project implementation, -information contained in all documents and correspondence produced as part of the project implementation. The sustainability of the project will be maintained. It will be possible to continue or further editions of some extracurricular activities. Activities will be carried out as part of the continuation of specialist support classes, in the field of psychological-pedagogical and speech therapy care. All devices and equipment purchased in the project will be kept in ZE and will be used for educational purposes as part of school and extracurricular activities.
