The project (P) will include the implementation of additional classes for 4 Primary Schools from the commune: SP in Ściechów, Baczyn, Stawie and Lubiszyn. The main objective of the P project is to raise among 470 (254M, 216K) school-age children (7 - 15 years old) from the area of the Lubiszyn Commune key competences and competences of the future, which are a combination of knowledge, skills and attitudes appropriate to the situation and improving the qualifications or skills of 8 teachers (8K, 0M) by: -organisation of 1652 hours of additional classes in stationary and away form in the period X.2024-VI.2026 with a holiday break; -equipment of 4 schools with materials, equipment and teaching aids necessary for the implementation of the activities planned on the above-mentioned date. -renovation of two didactic rooms in SP in Ściechów, in order to adapt them to the occupation. -participation in courses/trainings to improve and improve qualifications. Due to the difficult access of children from rural areas to cultural centers and institutions, outgoing workshops to the theater, philharmonic, landscape parks or museum will be carried out, which will make the activities more attractive. In order to activate children during the activity, didactic aids and equipment will be purchased to support the implementation of the activity. At the stage of preparation P, i.e. II - VI 2024, the Directors carried out a diagnosis of the facilities, which is the basis for detailing the following problems: -lack of adequate equipment and teaching aids to carry out additional activities; -insufficient number of additional activities, in particular developing key competences; -lack of qualified SP staff in the scope of conducting activities involving the development of key competences in a modern and interesting way; -impeded access of children from rural areas to sports and cultural facilities; -low key competences among SP students, which translate into later problems in the implementation of the core curriculum. School pupils need support to consolidate their knowledge and be able to move on to the next educational stages. -insufficient housing conditions for the SP in Ściechów. The diagnosis included all n-li 4 schools (76os.) and students (574os.) and a group (approx. 10% of parents. The main objective results directly from the diagnosed problems, and the implemented project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective 2.1.6.3 (f) indicated in the FEWL 2021-2027 programme by improving the quality of education in SP, acquiring key competences by children and creating appropriate conditions for this, as well as increasing and developing teachers' competences.
