The project (P) will include the implementation of additional classes for the entire Kindergarten in Lubiszyn with a branch in Baczyn. The demographic situation of the Municipality does not indicate the need to create new places of pre-school education. Such a project will be implemented under other measures, which will meet the needs of the Municipality. The aim of implementation P is to raise among 150 (77M, 73K) children of preschool age (3 - 6 years) from the area of the Lubiszyn Commune key competences, which are a combination of knowledge, skills and attitudes appropriate to the situation by: -organisation of 1040 hours of additional activities in stationary and away form in the period IX.2024r.-VI.2026r. with a holiday break; -Improving the qualifications or skills of 13 teachers (13K, 0M). In order to make activities more attractive and activate children, didactic aids and materials as well as interactive aids, including a magic carpet or robots, will be purchased. Due to the difficult access of children from rural areas to cultural centers and institutions, outgoing workshops to the theatre, philharmonic and landscape parks will be held. Support will also be provided to n-le conducting additional classes by improving their skills in courses or trainings. At the stage of preparation P, i.e. II-VI 2024, was carried out by the PLO diagnosis, which is the basis for detailing the following problems: -lack of adequate equipment and teaching aids to carry out additional activities; -insufficient number of additional activities in kindergartens, in particular developing key competences; lack of qualified staff in the field of conducting classes involving the development of key competences in a modern and interesting way; -impeded access of children from rural areas to cultural centres and institutions; -low key competences among pupils, which translate into later problems in the implementation of the core curriculum in primary school. The diagnosis included all n-li (19 pers.) and parents (185 pers.)children attending the facility. The main objective results directly from the problems diagnosed, and the implemented P will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective 2.1.6.3 (f) indicated in the FEWL 2021-2027 programme by improving the quality of education in the PLO, the acquisition of key competences by children and the creation of appropriate conditions for this, as well as the improvement and development of teachers' competences. Persons with disabilities (PDs) will have equal and unrestricted access to participate in the project. The implementation of P will have a positive impact on the policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for NSAs. The Municipality of Lubiszyn (GL) plans to take into account the possibilities of OzN already at the stage of recruitment to P, using various methods of informing about P – direct information provided by employees of the Municipality Office of Lubiszyn (UG), placing an announcement on the GL and PLO websites, announcements on inf. boards in strategic points of GL. If there is such a need, OzN will be able to ask W-ca for help in filling in recruitment documents. Support sites will be free of architectural barriers. The equipment, materials and objects used in the course will be adapted to the needs of the OzN. P in line with State aid rules, the principle of equal opportunities for women and men, and other Community policies and principles (including the concept of sustainable development).GL declares that support will be equally targeted at women and men, without favouring one of the sexes. The number of qualified M and K to participate in the support will depend solely on the demographic situation and the number of willing children. No equality barriers have been identified that could interfere with participation in P of any gender. As part of information and promotional activities, GL will place posters on inf. boards in real place. P and inf. on websites and facebook P and the Municipality.
