The main goal of the project is to increase basic competences by at least 30 people. [18K/12M] among 50 [30K/20M] adults over 18 years of age from the Lubuskie Province (powiats: Gorzowski, Gorzów Wlkp.) by implementing a comprehensive, three-stage support path (including: 1) skills assessment, 2) tailored and flexible learning offer and 3) validation and recognition) based on Upskilling Pathways methodology, from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2026. This goal results directly from the diagnosed problem of low basic skills among adult residents of the Lubuskie voivodship, especially in the above-mentioned districts. THE PROJECT'S OBJECTIVES AGREE AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF ACTION 6.8 ESF+.CP4.G - Fostering lifelong learning (...) by reducing the number of adults with low basic skills and increasing their opportunities in the labour market and in society. The planned support will ensure the high quality of actions implemented with ESF interventions and the validation of acquired competences. The condition for participation in the project is not a formal level of education, and the actual level of basic skills at a level no higher than level III of the Polish Qualifications Framework. The project responds to the needs of the target group, which were defined on the basis of a diagnosis of the need to implement the project carried out in the period I-II.2024 by the Applicant (18 months before submitting the application for co-financing). Tasks of the project: ●Individual III-stage diagnosis of basic needs of participants, enabling the adaptation of educational support to the individual needs and expectations of participants ●Workshops actively developing literacy, writing, mathematical reasoning and digital competences. The project covers all three types of basic skills upgrading, i.e. poor literacy, numeracy and digital skills. ●Individual support sessions aimed at consolidating acquired skills and supporting their use in everyday and professional life. ●Verification of learning outcomes. The project will build on the experience of the ‘Opportunity – New Opportunities for Adults’ project. ● Number of adults supported in basic skills or competences outside the Development Services Base: 30K, 20M, total 50 people ● Number of people who obtained qualifications after leaving the program: 18K, 12M, a total of 30 people This project will have a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, ensuring access to education and skills development for digitally excluded people, regardless of their age, gender, social background or disability. All materials and activities will be adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities, ensuring full accessibility and participation. Planned information and promotion activities, including: - Cooperation with local institutions (PUP, GOPS, MOPS, Świetlice, Parish, etc.) - Leaflets and posters in public places - Social media and local groups online - Use of volunteers - Referral program so-called. Support implemented outside the BUR and PSF systems, enabling the deployment of Upskilling pathways, in line with the Council Recommendation of 19 December 2016 on Upskilling Pathways: New Opportunities for Adults (2016/C 484/01) The project does not support entrepreneurs – natural persons running a business or educational activity are excluded from the target group.
