The aim of the project is to ensure an efficient and effective system of management and implementation of the European Funds for Lubuskie 2021-2027 programme, as well as effective information and promotion of the Programme. The project is part of the objectives and intervention provided for in the FEWL 21-27 programme in Priority IX, Measure 09.01 defined at the SOP level. In order to handle the processes carried out by the Managing Authority, it is necessary to secure both human resources and technical activities. To this end, the project plans to finance the costs of hiring highly qualified staff involved in the implementation of regional programmes. In order to maintain high standards of handling the tasks of the MA, the project provides for support related to, inter alia, improving the qualifications of employees, posting, equipping them with the necessary computer equipment and office furniture, renting office space, recovering funds and debt collection. Due to the fact that the success of the implementation of the Programme largely depends on the quality of the projects submitted for co-financing under the substantive axes of FEWL 21-27 and on the preparation of the beneficiaries, information and promotion measures concerning the Programme will also be implemented. This project also provides funding for the preparation of studies and analyses for the purpose of evaluating the effects of the implementation of the Programme and for its amendments, as well as other expenditure related to the management and implementation of regional programmes, which will contribute to its smooth implementation.
