Support for the management and implementation of the FEWL 2021-2027 Programme for the Regional Labour Office in Zielona Góra.

The aim of the project is to provide effective support for the implementation of the European Funds for Lubuskie Programme 2021-2027 by the Intermediate Body – Regional Labour Office in Zielona Góra through, inter alia: - ensuring adequate institutional capacity - remuneration of staff involved in the implementation of the FEWL 2021-2027, - ensuring an appropriate process for selecting projects for co-financing, control, monitoring, accounting. As part of the project, two substantive tasks will be carried out: Activity 1 concerns the provision of salaries for persons involved in the implementation of the FEWL 2021-2027. Their tasks will include, but are not limited to: - carrying out the process of selecting projects for co-financing and signing contracts/decisions/agreements, - settling applications for co-financing, - control and monitoring. Task 2 concerns support for IT systems dedicated to the European Funds. Detailed descriptions of the tasks can be found in Part D1 of the grant application. Compliance of the project with the programming documents and guidelines: The planned support complies with the provisions of the SZOP, the Guidelines on the use of technical assistance for 2021-2027 and the Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure for 2021-2027. The project complies with the principle of equality between women and men. The RLO applies the ‘Equality policy of the Provincial Labour Office in Zielona Góra’. The document, adopted in 2012, contains regulations and sets out the procedures in force in the Office with regard to compliance with the principle of equal opportunities for women and men. The employees of the RLO are obliged to familiarise themselves with the ‘Equality Policy’ and to comply with the provisions of this document, which they undertake to do by signing a declaration. The RLO applies an equal approach in respecting ethical principles, recruiting employees and their development through upskilling, access to promotions, remuneration policy, combating sexual harassment and mobbing, and reconciling professional and personal life. The application of the rules contained in the document prevents any form of unequal treatment on grounds of sex. Employees of the RLO have appropriate knowledge of the obligation to respect the principle of equal opportunities between women and men, acquired during training on the application of this principle. Employees inform about the principle of equal opportunities between women and men and promote it during conversations with customers. The necessary knowledge in this area is also provided during training for project assessors and staff monitoring the implementation of projects and verifying reports. Information meetings are also organized for potential applicants and beneficiaries, at which they are obliged to apply the principle of equal opportunities between women and men during the implementation of the project. The website of the RLO, including the FEWL subpage, does not contain any information that could duplicate or disseminate stereotypes about the roles of women and men in social and professional life.
