The main objective of the project is to strengthen sustainable growth and increase the competitiveness of the company - Browar Ziemia Przyprocana Łukasz Kierski. The investment consists in the implementation of the results of research and development in the field of developing a new product: graff non-alcoholic drink with health-promoting properties. Research and development works were carried out independently by the entrepreneur and as part of cooperation with external entities. The result of the project will be the implementation of solutions in the field of product innovation, which is not currently used in the world and is characterized by a high degree of novelty and usability for the end user. The project is part of RIS: Innovative Agriculture and Agri-Food Processing, as well as complying with the corresponding specialization niches and economic areas. The applicant assumes the use of ecological solutions, and the planned implementation of innovative solutions will contribute to increasing equal opportunities and non-discrimination and social inclusion. The project will increase employment by 1 FTE in the green job. The material scope of the project includes: - acquisition of a non-alcoholic beverage canning line (1 pc.), - acquisition of production tanks (2 pc.), - acquisition of a liquid cooler (1 pc.), - acquisition of a device for measuring CO2 concentration and dissolved oxygen (1 pc.), - acquisition of a membrane pump (1 pc.), - indirect costs. The above investment purchases will allow the introduction of a new product to the market, and a detailed analysis of the customer's needs has shown that there is a market demand for them. They will be an important element of the company's competitive advantage, mainly due to new features and functionalities and a high level of innovation and quality. The subject of the project is therefore the implementation of investment activities aimed at improving the competitiveness of the company. The product will be addressed to all consumers interested in consuming non-alcoholic beer. The assumptions of the project focus on increasing production capacity, diversifying the assortment offer, expanding the offer and the group of recipients, reducing the risk in the business, increasing competitiveness and implementing activities that have a positive impact on the environment. The project is fully prepared for implementation, and no permits are required to start project activities and implement a new product on the market.
