The main objective of the project is to launch, operate and develop complementary services for SMEs in the Łódzkie Voivodship in 2024-2026 as part of the comprehensive support system for the ‘Łódź for Business’ (ŁdB) economy. The core of the concept is the Advisory Network and SkyHub - effectively developing the process of business development from their creation (start-up, young business concept), through support in everyday business challenges (obtaining financing sources, developing investments, networking, or implementing innovations and searching for business partners) to international expansion. The ŁdB system will be a response to the fragmentation of business support instruments in the region, and will ultimately constitute the foundation for the consolidation of the regional economy ecosystem, among others by modernising the competences of the Advisory Network, enriching the Network's portfolio (and the Applicant's offer) with new and significantly improved services for enterprises, forward-looking events for business, or increasing the competences of the final beneficiaries of the project (SMEs), including through cycles of advice, training, pilot programs, etc., and integrated actions aimed at strengthening the "Łódzkie for Business" brand, as a driving force for the development of regional economy entities. The project consists of 3 tasks: TITLE 1: ‘BUSINESS BOATS’ - Functioning of the Advisory Network (including the Innovation Hub - SKyHub) TITLE 2: "REGION OF THE FUTURE" – new tools and competences at the disposal of the Network (more effective shaping of the support system for the economy based on the idea of Łódź for Business) TASKS 3: The project (and its planned offer) is a direct response to the needs of the regional SME sector, diagnosed by the Applicant and referred to in this proposal and its annexes (in particular Annex 6 WoD). The set of activities provided for by the project will directly increase the competitiveness of SMEs from the region and indirectly contribute to strengthening the regional economic ecosystem and create a safe space for innovation.
