The subject of the project is the practical implementation of the Mindful Eco Impact AI system in the business activity of Liki Mobile Solutions. The scheme aims to significantly reduce the carbon footprint of the company and its partners, in line with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG) and EU Fit for 55 regulations. The project is a response to the growing requirements for environmental liability imposed on the company by its contractors (in particular large, international corporations, e.g. Orange) and the need to generate added value in an extremely competitive IT market. Mindful Eco Impact AI will allow, among others: - Measuring, in real time, the consumption of electricity and other factors influencing the company's carbon footprint; - Automation and optimisation of resource consumption to reduce negative environmental impacts and minimise unnecessary operating costs; - Ensure full compliance with international environmental standards and regulations; - Ensuring transparency regarding the company's carbon footprint and the methods used to offset it for all project stakeholders: the company, its employees and its contractors; - Improving the competences of the team of programmers in the field of ecology and environmental responsibility. All these elements will ensure that the new services provided by Liki as a result of the implementation of Mindful Eco Impact AI will be characterized by significant advantages for contractors. This will allow the company to execute many lucrative trade contracts and build a lasting advantage on the market. An additional advantage will be the optimization of expenses related to electricity, which is a significant part of the company's operating costs. The project is expected to incur the following expenses: - Mindful Eco Impact AI - Acquisition of an exclusive license for Lika-compliant software. The concept of the Mindful Eco Impact AI system is the result of the Applicant's own R&D activity, the result of which is HLD (High-Level Design), documenting the main components of the system and their functionalities, architecture, testing and documentation plan and many others. The HLD was the key document on the basis of which potential suppliers prepared their offers; - ISO 140001 - Acquisition of a service related to auditing and certification of the company in order to meet strict environmental standards, which is in line with the main objectives of the project; - Indirect costs, in accordance with the Rules for the eligibility of expenditure under the regional programme European Funds for Łódź 2021-2027.
