The main goal of the project is to implement the results of research and development in the field of product innovation on the scale of the company regarding the start of production of returnable cardboard packaging with an adhesive path and security tape and breaking. The implementation of the project will expand the offer of Karton Polska with returnable packaging, which will be characterized at the same time by increased peeling force and lack of stiffening elements, which results in easier manual crushing and in automatic crushers while maintaining (or improving) the rigidity and strength of the packaging. Karton Polska will introduce to the market innovative style returnable packaging with adhesive tape and breaking tape, thanks to the implementation of modern machines for applying the adhesive path and safety and breaking tape. This is an innovative approach that aims to increase logistics efficiency and sustainability in the packaging industry. The new returnable packaging will be designed in such a way as to allow the parcel to be returned safely and conveniently in the same packaging. A special adhesive tape allows for easy and solid closure of the package, while the breaking strap provides quick and simple access to the content, without the need for additional tools. Thanks to these solutions, packaging will be used many times, which significantly reduces the amount of waste and costs associated with the purchase of new packaging. These packages are ideal for the e-commerce industry, where online sales companies need reliable and eco-friendly solutions for packaging and shipping products. The use of returnable packaging allows for convenient return of goods by the customer, which increases customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, the food industry and logistics companies can use these packagings to transport products safely and hygienically, while reducing operating costs and environmental impact. Thanks to new technological solutions, Karton Polska is able to offer its customers modern, ecological and economical returnable packaging that responds to the needs of the market and supports sustainable development.
