The project concerns the implementation of the results of scientific research on the development of an innovative wind turbine with a vertical axis of rotation with transverse and axial airflow at the ends of the rotor. The new product will be particularly attractive for households who want to reduce electricity costs and introduce solutions that affect the environment. Currently, the development of the market of small, home wind turbines is quite limited due to the applicable law and the construction solutions of wind turbines themselves. A person who wants to buy a wind turbine at home can install it on the ground (foundation), but this requires obtaining a building permit, because such a turbine is treated as a construction object. It is also possible to install a wind turbine on the building. In the case of installation of a wind turbine attached directly to the supporting structure of the building, additional permits do not need to be sought, provided that its height does not exceed 3 meters above the roof. However, if the turbine exceeds the height of 3 meters, it is necessary to submit a notification of construction works, and if it exceeds 10 meters building permit. What's more, MPZP must allow the construction of such facilities as wind turbines over 10 m, which will not always be possible on every plot. The efficiency of a wind turbine depends on the height of its installation. The higher the installation, the greater the possibilities of obtaining energy from the wind. For example, at 10 m the average annual wind energy is 495 kWh/m2/year, while at 25 m it is twice as high at 1001 kWh/m2/year. All this makes home wind turbines relatively unpopular, as their efficiency is relatively low for wind turbines up to 3 meters above the building structure. At the same time, installing a turbine on the ground or with a height of more than 3 meters above the structure of the building requires obtaining additional permits. The solution to this problem is a wind turbine developed in the course of research, i.e. a wind turbine with a vertical axis of rotation having a housing with an air steering wheel, a rotor with a vertical axis of rotation based on a base, with the rotor blades in the cross-section having an outline of arcs, and in the turbine the rotor shaft is coupled with a generator. Compared with a wind turbine for power generation of the same scale, it is possible to limit the ratio of the inlet area to the wind outlet area according to Betz's law to 1:3 wind speeds at the inlet and outlet, causing the flow of air jets next to the rotor, which enhances the ejective suction of air in the outlet space. This means that it will be possible to achieve higher energy efficiency (higher energy production) in a turbine with a height of up to 3 meters above the building structure. At the same time, its installation will not require obtaining any permits. In order to start the production of new wind turbines, it will be necessary to purchase a panel bending machine. On the basis of market research, the cost of purchasing the centre will be PLN 1099500,00. As part of the project, indirect costs will also be incurred, which will include, among others, the costs of the project coordinator, maintenance staff, accounting services and the costs of necessary information and promotion activities. The project will be implemented in one stage, including incurring the above-mentioned expenses. No permits, licenses or concessions are required for the implementation of the project. Upon receipt of the grant decision, the Applicant will start the implementation of the project. At each stage of the project, any form of discrimination based on sex, race, ethnic origin, religion, belief, age or sexual orientation will be eliminated. The purchased line for mixing raw materials and their packaging will be controlled from the level of the control panel equipped with a touch screen. This will allow the machine to be operated by people with reduced mobility.
