The subject of the Project, which will be implemented under FELD.01.06, is the establishment and management of the Trust Fund by BGK on the terms and conditions set out in the Financing Agreement, including entrusting the Financing Partners with the establishment and management of the Specific Fund for the purpose of providing support in the form of loans to final recipients – IF: Loan (including micro-loan) to SMEs, loan with grant to SMEs. As part of the implementation of the action: 1. 641 enterprises should be supported by financial instruments, 2. The value of private investments complementing public support should be reached at the level of PLN 91,400,000.00. As part of the Project, it will be possible to use IF in the form of loans (including micro-loans) for SMEs and loans for SMEs combined with grants (planned in accordance with the Investment Strategy in the amount of PLN 2,317,150.00) in one operation - in accordance with Art. 5 of the General Regulation. The project will be implemented in an intermediate model, in accordance with Art. Article 3(c) of the General Regulation. Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) will act as the Entity Implementing the Trust Fund and will select Financing Partners (PF). Financing Partners will provide support in their own and possibly also partner sales networks covering the area of the Łódzkie Voivodeship.
