The project aims to promote renewable energy in line with Directive (EU) 2018/2001, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and aim to increase the share of energy from renewable sources in gross final energy consumption. This goal will be achieved by installing 389 pcs. of photovoltaic panels without energy storage, 43 pcs. of heat pumps on private buildings in the Koluszki Commune. A total of 432 RES installations will be installed. The project assumes the use of 2 types of RES and the replacement of conventional energy sources (KP9: 6 points). The commune of Koluszki is located within the boundaries of the Łódzkie Voivodship (KD7), rural commune (KPMO6:2 pt.).Type of projects 1 and 2 in accordance with the rules for FELD recruitment. 02.05-IZ.00-001/23 (KDM1). The project is in line with the EU Directive 2018/2001, residents participating in the project will be granted the right to produce, consume, store and sell renewable energy, and the implementation of the project will contribute to the goal of increasing the share of renewable energy to 32%. The applicant has the right to dispose of the facilities, on the basis of residents’ declarations, a Functional and Utility Programme has been developed, the project will be implemented in the ‘design and build’ formula. For installations covered by the project, no building permit or notification of construction works is required. The applicant is ready to implement the project, has all the documents necessary to start the investment, including the FTZ, it is not necessary to obtain documents other than the project co-financing agreement (KMPO1:6points). The project complies with the ‘n+3’ principle and is scheduled to be completed on 31.03.2026 (KMPO2: 6 points). The project will not be implemented in partnership. Results of the project: a) reducing the production of electricity from conventional sources b) Modern, accessible and climate-neutral energy c) Developed energy from renewable energy sources (including prosumer energy) d) Diversification of electricity supply through the development of renewable energy sources e) Reducing CO2 emissions in the process of electricity generation - reducing harmful CO2 emissions - medium-term objective for climate protection of the State's environmental policy f) High air quality ensuring a high comfort of life for the local community g) increasing energy security in Łódź, h) reducing energy losses and improving energy consumption rates through the use of energy from renewable energy sources, i) reducing the negative impact of pollution on the environment, j) reducing the negative impact of pollution on the health of residents of the municipality and district, k) reducing the likelihood of developing respiratory diseases, l) raising the ecological awareness of residents and promoting performance. RES m) supporting the socio-economic development of the municipality, n) increasing the tourist attractiveness of the municipality, o) combating climate change and increasing the resilience of local energy systems to the risks arising from these changes, p) reducing the burden on household budgets - lower costs related to energy purchase and reducing the phenomenon of energy poverty. Climate targets: for intervention category 048 Renewable energy: sunny; the coefficient for calculating support to climate change objectives is 100% (KMPO5:5 points). Planned environmental impact: CO2 reduction will be 85.23%; 1 165,48 t CO2-equivalent/year (KMP4:3 points); total dust 99.32% (KMP 5: 3 pts), NOX reduction 86,98% (KMP 6: 3 points). Planned total installed capacity from RES: 2,432 MW. Expected energy production: 3 010,14 MWh/year. The organisational form of the Beneficiary and the funding rules guarantee the institutional, financial and organisational sustainability of the project. The outputs and results achieved by the project will be maintained for a minimum period of 5 years after receipt of the final payment.
