The project concerns public transport infrastructure (project type 1), non-motorised individual transport (project type 3) and digitalisation in urban transport (project type 5). The project will be divided into 4 tasks: 1. Documentation 2. Construction and assembly work 3. Promotion of 4. As part of the investment, it is planned to: • construction of a ballast-free track with vegetation, including a loop and sedative tracks with a length of about 2.4 km, • construction of 2 interchanges (PKP Łódź Warszawska, Pętla Skrzydlata), • construction of a service road with a length of about 1 km with traffic calming elements, • reconstruction of a section of Warsaw Street with a length of about 250 m together with the intersections Warszawska-Wałbrzyska-Stalowa and Warszawska-Skrzydlata-Tęczowa, • reconstruction of the intersection of Warszawska-Centralna streets, • construction/reconstruction of intersection entrances with Warszawska Street, • construction of a pedestrian-bike tunnel, • construction/reconstruction of bus stops (including assembly at bus stops, where a bus shelter, TIP boards are planned), • construction of pedestrian roads, • construction of bicycle roads and roads for pedestrians and bicycles with a length of about 2.3 km, • construction of a social building, • construction of parking spaces for cars (P&R), • construction of a bicycle parking lot (B&R), • construction of exits, • construction and reconstruction of a network of land armaments, • felling and planting of greenery, • construction of elements of small architecture. As part of this project, the purchase of land is envisaged, details are described in Chapter II. 5.2.2. The right to dispose of the land concerned by the project and in Annex 7 Statement on the right to dispose of the property for construction/project purposes. A detailed description of the material scope is contained in the SW in subsection. 4.4.2. The material scope of the project. The overarching objective of the project is to increase the use of public transport and to make urban mobility more environmentally friendly, low-emission and moving towards a zero-emission economy. The main objective of the project is in line with the specific objective of FELD.03.02 Urban Mobility – ITI, which is defined as “Fostering sustainable multimodal urban mobility as part of the transition towards a zero-emission economy”. A detailed description of the project objectives is provided in section. 4.3.1. SW. The project will be implemented within the administrative boundaries of the Łódź voivodeship, in the city with the rights of the Łódź district, in the north-western part of the city, in the Bałuty district, in the Julianów-Marysin-Rogi housing estate. The project is located in an urban area with single-family housing, supplemented by service buildings. The investment area is a section of a tram line that starts at the intersection of ul. Warsaw from ul. Lagiewnicka (cf. B – 22 plot No 339/2) and runs ul. Warsaw to the intersection with ul. Excursions (cf. B – 22 plot No 339/2). The detailed location of the project is described in subsection. 4.4.1. SW and Zał. 4. to WoD. The planned activities of the info-promo are described in chapter. 4.6. SW. The project in question is implemented without public aid (details in subsection 5.2.4. SW). The applicant on whose behalf one organisational ZIM will act (being an executor/entity authorized to incur expenses), in the case of public procurement, will apply the provisions of the PPL Act in this Project. With regard to the conclusion of contracts to which the Public Procurement Act does not apply, the ZIM has internal procedures, taking into account the rules for the conclusion of contracts set out in the guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure for 2021-2027.
