The main objective of this project is to improve the quality and efficiency of road transport in the Łódzkie Voivodeship, including ensuring convenient access to the TEN-T network. Provincial road No 726 is access to the S8 expressway forming part of the TEN-T network (E 67) and connects Rawa Mazowiecka (S8) with Inowłodz (DK 48), Opoczno (DK 12) and Żarnów (DK 74). Thanks to this extension of the provincial road No. 726, a convenient transport connection will be created, which will increase the mobility of residents and increase the investment attractiveness of the region. The infrastructure will be resilient to climate change. The investment consists in the extension of the provincial road No 726 on the section from km 13+622 to km 14+562 together with the demolition and construction of an engineering facility in Sadykierz in the Łódź Voivodeship, Tomaszów County, in the municipality of Rzeczyca. In the existing state, the provincial road No. 726 on the section of 940m has a bituminous road without curbs with a width of about 5.0 - 5.5m. Narrow roadsides and the lack of separate sidewalks create a great danger of hitting pedestrians. The road, despite handling bus traffic, is not equipped with bus bays, which adversely affects the flow of traffic and causes road safety risks by avoiding the bus standing at the stop. Poor technical condition of the road, lack of a functioning drainage system, poor technical condition of the bridge and lack of proper traffic fluidity cause an increase in the emitted noise and vibrations by vehicles moving on the road, which worsens the conditions of residence and use of properties adjacent to the road. Current communication solutions do not ensure comfort of travel, make driving difficult for drivers, and above all create a danger for motorists and pedestrians. Due to the unsatisfactory technical condition of the existing bridge and the fact that its geometric parameters are not adapted to the designed parameters of the provincial road No 726, it is necessary to partially demolish it and build it in the existing riverbed Lubocz in the light of the existing outposts of a new culvert with a single-hole supporting structure, made of spirally corrugated steel sheet. In the existing state, the road parameters are not adapted to the scale of the conducted and forecasted traffic, all the more so they require investment measures to be taken as soon as possible. The subject of the investment is a comprehensive extension of the provincial road No 726 in Sadykierz on the section from km 13+622 to km 14+562. The investment is aimed at improving road traffic conditions, improving the safety of all road users, demolition and construction of an engineering facility and designing solutions for road expansion to technical and geometric parameters of technical class G, current traffic volume and existing land development. The scope of the investment in question provides, inter alia: - extension of provincial road No 726 from km 13+622 to 14+562, - extension of the intersection of provincial road No 726 with municipal road No 116111E, - demolition and construction of exits, - extension and reconstruction of municipal road No 116111E, - demolition of the culvert, - partial demolition of the bridge, - construction of the culvert, - construction of sidewalks, - construction of bus bays, - construction of rainwater drainage and open trenches, - construction of a fortification of the Lubocz riverbed, - construction of road lighting, - reconstruction of telecommunications networks, - reconstruction of water supply networks, - construction of a technological channel. After the implementation of the project, the road will have the following characteristic technical parameters: - technical class: G, - traffic category: KR4, - load-bearing capacity of the surface structure: 115 kN/axle, - basic lane width: 3,50 m, - road width: 7,0 m, - width of the pavement: min. 1,5 m, - width of the groundside: min. 1.5 m.
