The main objective of the project is to improve the quality and efficiency of road transport in the Łódzkie voivodship, including ensuring convenient access to the TEN-T network (indirectly S8 and A1). Thanks to the expansion of the provincial road No. 482, a convenient transport connection will be created, which will increase the mobility of residents and increase the investment attractiveness of the region. The infrastructure will be resilient to climate change. In the existing state, DV No 482 runs through the town of Zduńska Wola on the section in question. It is a GP class road (former DK No. 12). DW No. 482 has a one-way street section with a different number of asphalt lanes. Along the entire road there are walkways of variable width, both offset and pushed to the curb. On the section in question, DW 482 intersects with municipal and district roads. As part of the investment, all paved road surfaces currently existing in the road lane, i.e. pavements, exits, roads with curbs and edges limiting them, are planned for demolition. In connection with the division of plots and the purchase of their parts for the planned road strip for demolition, fragments of fences are also provided for, and there is a need to rebuild the technical infrastructure in conflict with the road investment. The current communication solution does not ensure comfort of travel, hinders the work of drivers, and above all creates a danger to motorists and pedestrians. The need to implement the project determines the poor technical condition of the provincial road No. 482. There are deformations, bumps, longitudinal and transverse cracks, numerous cavities and patches. The lack of a functional drainage system contributes to the deterioration of road safety conditions. The parameters of the road are not adapted to the scale of the conducted and forecasted traffic. The subject of the investment is a comprehensive extension of the provincial road No. 482 in Zduńska Wola on the section from km 34+315 to km 38+070. This is the second stage of the task. The investment aims to improve road traffic conditions, improve road safety and design solutions for technical and geometrical parameters of technical class G and to adjust the load capacity to 115 kN/axle. The second stage of the extension of DW No. 482 in Zduńska Wola includes a section of DW No. 3.75, which was covered by the decision of the War. Łódź No 118/22 of 14 June 2022. Struga, nr 119262E ul. Konwalowa, No. 119215E ul. Chopina, No. 119376E ul. Wierzbowa, No. 119230 E ul. Lipowa, No. 119220E ul. Długa, No. 119289E ul. Moniuszko, No. 119320E ul. Pomorskie, • construction of acoustic screens, • construction of pavements, bicycle paths, • demolition and construction of exits, • construction of bus and parking bays, • demolition and construction of rainwater canal, construction of open ditches, demolition and construction of rainwater canal outlets along with the strengthening of the ditch, • expansion, construction and reconstruction of road lighting, • expansion and reconstruction of the electroenerget network, • expansion and reconstruction of the teletechn network, • transformation of water supply networks, • sanitary canal, • transformation of the gas network, • construction of a technological channel. The asphalt road with a width was designed. 7.0 m, running in the axis of the existing course of the street, limited on both sides by concrete curbs. The road will have parameters: -Technical grade of the road: G, -design speed: 50 km/h, -category of traffic: KR 4 - load-bearing surface structure: 115 kN/axle In addition, as part of the project, it is planned to sign an agreement with MPWiK Sp. z o.o. in Zd. Wola (the investor who will bear the costs related to the project and construction-assembly works) concerning the construction of sanitary sewerage.
