The project assumes the expansion of the provincial road on the section of the passage through Budziszewice, i.e. from km 21+135.34 to km 22+118.00. The scope of the investment includes: extension of DW 715, extension and reconstruction of DW intersections with municipal roads, construction of a pedestrian-bicycle path, demolition and construction of pavements and slopes with covered ditches, construction of bus bays, demolition of a culvert under DW, reconstruction of a drainage ditch with demolition and construction of culverts, demolition and construction of ditches, felling of trees and shrubs colliding with the investment, demolition and construction of rainwater drainage and lighting, reconstruction of the sewerage, water supply, electricity and telecommunications network as part of the removal of a collision, construction of a technological channel. Elements affecting the level of safety of road users are also planned. The project assumes the following tasks: 1) Road works; 2) Expenditure on accessibility; 3) Compensation - purchase of real estate; 4) Indirect costs, including promotional activities, under which, among others, information and memorial plaques (two information and two commemorative plaques of the Łódzkie Voivodeship) are planned, placing information about the project on the website, marking materials related to the project, among others: documentation on the selection of contractors, notices, publications, materials, etc., and all documents relating to the implementation of the project that are made public. It also includes costs related to the contribution of employees of ZDW responsible, among others, for conducting the tender procedure, investor supervision, monitoring and settlement of the project, financial settlement, purchase of real estate - payment of compensation, information and promotional services, supervision over the proper implementation of the entire project. The main objective of the project is to provide climate-resilient infrastructure, increase the mobility of the inhabitants of the Łódzkie voivodship, especially at regional and local level, improve access to TEN-T by connecting the roads of the region (DW 715) with the external transport system. DW 715 connects via DW 713 to the S8 expressway, which is part of the TEN-T comprehensive network (E 67). It also connects to national road No 72 providing a link to the A1 motorway of the TEN-T core network. The objective of the project is in line with the objective of action FELD.04.01, which is to develop and improve sustainable, climate-resilient, smart and intermodal mobility at national, regional and local level, including improved access to TEN-T and cross-border mobility. The project will contribute to the adaptation of the road to a load capacity of 115 kN/axle. The project assumes the use of ecological solutions: - circular economy - the expansion of the road will involve construction works, during which an excess of earth mass will be created. The applicant will strive to ensure that as much waste as possible generated during the investment works is subject to subsequent recycling and other recovery operations, as well as reuse. Destruction (asphalt or concrete, containing approx. 90-95% aggregate) formed during milling of layers of existing road surfaces can be reused in mineral-asphalt mixtures as a partial substitute for aggregate, as well as for hardening of roadsides, road supports, construction of slopes and the like; - adaptation to climate change - The applicant will seek to maximise the protection of existing vegetation (especially high vegetation). In the case of felling of trees or shrubs, these activities will be carried out after obtaining the appropriate consents, and any felling must be justified and reasonable, i.e. carried out only to the extent necessary for the implementation of the project. Limiting the occupation of the area will be to the necessary minimum, and securing the surrounding vegetation will protect against the negative impact of works
