The project aims to develop and improve sustainable, climate-resilient, smart and intermodal mobility at national, regional and local level, including improving access to TEN-T and cross-border mobility. The goal will be achieved through the reconstruction of the municipal road in the Pątnów Commune. The task includes the reconstruction of road No. 117158E in Bieniec. 0.7107 km. The scope of works planned to be carried out is: 1) widening the roadway to 5.5 m along the entire length - construction layers: foundations and surfaces; 2) making a levelling and abrasive layer to obtain the planned unilateral drop on the existing roadway; 3) construction of a one-sided pavement in the built-up area; 4) making one-sided sideways in the building area and two-sided outside this area by a width. 0,75 m; 5) making an equalization layer along the entire length of the road; 6) making an abrasive layer along the entire length of the road. The project is in line with the objectives of the FELD.04.02 Local roads of the European Funds for Łódź 2021-2027 programme. The project meets the requirement to adapt roads to a load capacity of 11.5 tonnes/axle. The road covered by the project is an access road, i.e. a missing link to: - TEN-T network (via district road No 4525E, national road 43, to S8) - other modes of transport (railway network in Wieluń, airports in Wrocław and Łódź). The project has full project documentation. As part of the project, a management scheme will be implemented in the local government, taking into account the participation of a person with powers (investor's supervision of construction - supervision inspector). The project also directly aims to strengthen the institutional and technical capacity of the Pątnów Commune to carry out the public task of ensuring access to public roads. The principles of universal design will be applied in the project. As a result of the project, no economic activity that would cause significant damage to any of the environmental objectives will be supported or carried out. The project will be managed and implemented in accordance with the principles of equality and accessibility. As part of the project, information and promotion obligations will be implemented (information boards in key places for the project). The project is ready for implementation. (The applicant has full project documentation and tender quotes. The project will be implemented in the Łódź Voivodeship, i.e. in the municipality of Pątnów. The direct recipient will be the residents of the municipality. There is no public aid.
