The project consists in the extension of the district road No 4302E on the section from the ‘Wólka Jagielczyńska’ junction DKS8 to the town of Krzemienica. The scope of work includes: demolition works, earthworks, construction of new road and roadside construction, reconstruction of existing and construction of new individual slopes, reconstruction of roadside ditches, replacement of existing culverts, construction of an absorbent evaporation tank, execution of new horizontal and vertical markings, felling of conflicting trees and compensation plantings, construction of a technological channel, reconstruction of NN cable lines. The project will result in the improvement of transport accessibility to the TENT network through the expansion of the district road No 4302E contributing to the creation of a coherent road network allowing for increased mobility of residents and socio-economic development of the region. The project will result in an extended district road with a length of 2 929.38 m. The existing road surface is in poor technical condition. Without investment in the local network leading traffic to the basic network, the transport system of the region will not constitute a coherent network allowing to increase the competitiveness of the economy and improve the quality of life of residents. The implementation of the DP 4302E redevelopment investment will result in faster and safer connections between community-gospel centres of life and will extend access to investment areas located at the junction and in the town of Lipa, areas of economic activity (e.g. Wytwórnia Pasz Sp. z o.o) There will also be improvement and improvement of connections of communal towns with the county and local business entities and public utilities. This will improve the transport accessibility of the voivodship and enable the development of socio-economic links in the region, will have a positive impact on improving access to the labour market, education and social services, also for residents of rural areas. Raising the standards of this road connection will contribute to increasing the mobility of residents and increasing the investment attractiveness of the region, providing economic operators and all residents with adequate development opportunities. Actions to improve road quality will also improve the safety of road users. The implementation of the project will be one of the steps in the process of developing communication infrastructure in the region. The implementation of the investment on the section from the Wólka Jagielczyńska DKS8 junction to Krzemienica will enable communication with S8, which is in the trans-European TENT network. As part of the project, it is also planned to establish investor (multi-branch) supervision. As part of the project, the Applicant will take the following actions: 1.Performing a public procurement procedure for the selection of the Contractor of construction works together with the execution of the information board / execution of construction works by the selected Contractor / receipt of the executed board, receipt of works / payment to the Contractor, 2.Performing a public procurement procedure for the selection of the Contractor of investor supervision / performance of the service by the selected Contractor / receipt / payment to the Contractor. The above-mentioned contractors will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1605, as amended) in the form of tenders permitted by the above-mentioned Act depending on the estimated value of the contract and the procedures in force in the District Office in accordance with the requirements of FEŁ2027. This investment is of key importance in the communication system of the Czerniewice Commune and will contribute to ensuring communication coherence with the S8 expressway by improving the condition of the infrastructure; will provide convenient access for entrepreneurs and residents to urban centers, i.e. Katowice, Warsaw, Poland.
