This project complies with the project type defined in the SZOP FEŁ 2021-2027 for measure FELD.04.02 – type 1 (KDM1). The project consists in the extension of the internal road connecting ul. Czarnecki in Koluszki with district road No. 2917E in the town of Erazmów. The section in question is a class D (access) municipal road. Traffic loading category KR3, There are no public transport vehicles on the planned road. The current technical state of the road prevents users from moving smoothly – there are numerous bumps and bumps. The project aims to develop and improve sustainable, climate-resilient, smart and intermodal mobility at national, regional and local level, including improving access to TEN-T and cross-border mobility. The project is implemented within the boundaries of Łódź (KDF7). The other objectives of the project are: a) improving the link between the local road network and the national road network b) increasing the transport accessibility of the analyzed area, c) elimination of the so-called National Roads. ‘bottlenecks’ in the road network of the region by increasing the speed of travel on the extended section, (d) filling the gaps in the road network of the region – the investment will increase the quality of communication routes in the region and integrate them into the existing transport network, (e) improving road safety in the province, (f) improving the condition of the road system while increasing the safety of its users, (g) ensuring a surface standard capable of transporting vehicles with a load of 115 kN/axle (KDMS1), (h) significantly minimizing the operating costs of motor vehicles and preventing their excessive consumption; i) improving the comfort of movement; j) reduction of emissions of harmful substances into the ambient air, k) reduction of the level of communication noise – improvement of the acoustic climate, l) improvement of the image of the analysed area, m) reduction of social nuisance. Scope of work: as a result of the project, a carriageway of width will be built. 5,50m, paved side by the width. 0.75m, the total length of the road will be 0.89km. Current traffic is estimated at approx. 60 vehicles a day, dominated by passenger vehicles. After the investment, OK. 90 vehicles per day (a slight increase in traffic is assumed due to the improvement of conditions and comfort of using the road after its expansion, and thus greater interest in passing this road by local traffic participants). The annual number of users of the extended local road as a result of the project is assumed to be 32 850,00 passenger-kilometres/year. The planned road section will be the missing link to the investment sites (KDMS2); it is planned to use green-blue infrastructure – rainwater will be discharged into green areas in the road lane, drainage through groundsides by infiltrating rainwater into the ground (KDMS4). The applicant has all the documents necessary to start all the investments covered by the project (KMPO1:6points). The project is implemented entirely in a rural area (KMPO:2 pts). The project will be circular by reusing materials as part of the investment - the existing roadway substructure will be used by aligning it and strengthening it by adding further substructure layers.
