The project will be implemented by the Powiat of Opoczyński (leading authority) on the basis of the reconstruction and renovation of the existing educational infrastructure in Mroczków Gościnny (in a rural area in an urban-rural commune (Opoczno-symbol 1007045)). The project involves adapting the existing educational infrastructure to the real conditions and requirements of the workplace through construction activities and equipping five vocational training workshops, in line with the objective of the FELD measure 06.01 "improving equal access to inclusive quality services in education, training and lifelong learning through the development of easily accessible infrastructure, including by supporting resilience in distance and online education and training". The project will be based on a needs analysis and responds to the needs of pupils and teachers for growth in access to quality and inclusive services in education, training and lifelong learning. The main objective of the project is to improve equal access to quality educational services offered by the District CKUiZ in Mroczków Gościnny and inclusive in the field of education, training and lifelong learning of adults. The District CKZiU, among others, provides vocational and continuing training for adults. The implementation of the project together with other complementary projects in the field of education and employment infrastructure will contribute to achieving synergies. The target group of the project will be participants in the education process, including students of schools and secondary schools, adults participating in education, teachers, instructors of practical vocational training, employers. The project is financially feasible. The project will be financed from two sources - own resources and grants from the ERDF. The funds for the implementation of the project will be guaranteed by the beneficiary in the Multiannual Financial Plan. The financial schedule of the project includes all the funds necessary for the implementation of the project. The Applicant will be responsible for the implementation of the project, i.e. Powiat of Opoczyński, which has the financial, material and human resources necessary to manage the project and efficiently implement the investment in accordance with the provisions of the application for co-financing. The applicant also has experience in obtaining and accounting for grants from external sources.
