The aim of the project is to expand the tourist offer of the ECO NIEBORÓW facility, including the inclusion of elements of nature education resulting from the location in the Bolimowski Landscape Park. The project assumes the expansion of the existing infrastructure with an additional hotel facility with 14 rooms and a SPA zone, as well as the enrichment of the area surrounding the hotel with a bathing pond, infrastructure related to active tourism (cycling world) and a nature education zone ("educational hotel" for wild residents of the Bolimowski Landscape Park) enabling observation of nature and conducting meetings with, among others, representatives of the Landscape Parks Complex of the Łódź Voivodeship (Bolimowski Landscape Park Branch). The project also includes the purchase of equipment for active tourism (electric bikes, bicycle trailers, cross-country ski sets and ski tracks). The new offer will allow to diversify the forms of spending time by ECO BLUE customers, through the use of the existing infrastructure of bicycle paths, and will also activate tourist traffic outside the summer season. In accordance with the attached letter of intent, the Mayor of the Nieborów Commune pointed to the legitimacy of enriching the region's offer with winter activities, which is an extension of the municipality's tourist offer at a time when demand for tourist services is lower, which is directly due to the lack of an appropriate offer (colonies/semi-colonies with cross-country skis, winter camps). The project assumes increasing the competences of employees of the tourism industry. The team of Landscape Parks of the Łódzkie Voivodeship undertook to conduct training for ECO NIEBORÓW employees - providing key information about the Bolimów Landscape Park and wild inhabitants of the nature education zone. Employees of ECO NIEBORÓW will be able to actively promote the advantages of the above-mentioned educational zone as a unique tourist attraction. Training is also planned for 3 hotel staff – customer service with special needs. The project provides for the construction of a new website compliant with WCAG.2.1 standards, in particular promoting new attractions (nature education zone, swimming pond, sports equipment rental and mini SPA). The websites will contain substantive educational content related to the habitats located on the site (QR codes). The new tourist offer will be addressed to residents of the Łódź Voivodeship and tourists, with particular emphasis on families with children, school trips, participants of winter holidays, colonies, semi-colonies, camps. The project will respond to the needs identified (indicated in Annex 17 to the grant application). The project assumes the creation of new tourist services: 1. Rental of electric bicycles and bicycle trailers for family trips 2. Rental of cross-country skis and ski tracks – use of existing walking and cycling trails, also outside the summer period 3. SPA offer available in the newly created hotel facility 4. Swimming pool – relaxing in nature 5. Nature education zone enabling observation of wild inhabitants of Bolimowski Landscape Park (April meadow, biocenotic garden, natural sites, wild game feeder, nature observation, meetings with representatives of ZPKWŁ (Bolimowski Landscape Park Branch). The result of the project will be the categorization of the hotel facility after expansion to 3 stars and the creation of a comprehensive tourist offer, taking into account the endogenous potential of the Bzura River Valley and the Bolimowski Landscape Park. The project will be implemented in stages: stage 1 - execution of necessary construction works and purchase of equipment, stage 2 - training of employees and creation of a new website. The project will be implemented using the knowledge and experience of the owner of ECO NIEBORÓW and with the substantive support of ZPKWŁ (Bolimowski Landscape Park Branch), the Mayor of the Nieborów Commune and the Kwietna Foundation.
