Support for the development of competences of employees of the District Labour Office in Pajęczno

The project is implemented by PUP in Pajęczno. The aim of the project is to modernise labour market institutions and services in order to assess and anticipate skills needs and provide timely and tailor-made assistance and support for labour market matching, labour market transitions and mobility by supporting the development of competences of the Public Employment Services (PES), including staff providing EURES services, based on regional or local labour market needs. As part of the project, 5 employees (K) of the PLO in Pajęczno will be supported by directing: 3 people for postgraduate studies and 2 people for courses. The support of PSZ employees was planned on the basis of a diagnosis of the needs of the local labour market carried out among PUP Pajęczno employees. Support under the project is not identical to the activities under the FE for Social Development 2021-2027 programme in the field of skills development for PSZ employees.Through this planned goal, the project falls within the scope of intervention of the action for the modernisation and strengthening of labour market institutions and services in order to assess and anticipate skills needs and provide timely and tailored assistance. The principle of equality between K and M, the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility, will be respected at every stage of the project implementation by allowing all workers, regardless of their gender, disability, race, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, colour, religion, belief, sexual orientation, full and fair access and participation to all planned activities of the project. The Authority will ensure that all sites are accessible to participants, all materials produced under the project are designed in accordance with the principle of universal design, a reasonable accommodation mechanism will be applied if necessary. Classes in the form of full-time courses and postgraduate studies will be held in buildings in accordance with the architectural standard (e.g. entrance at the ground level, elevator, adapted toilets). Recruitment and information about the project will be carried out taking into account the removal of barriers, i.e. information meetings will be held in rooms accessible to persons with disabilities, recruitment and information documents will be prepared in an accessible format consistent with the principle of marking and promoting projects under the ERDF 2021-2027 and the applicant's and beneficiary's manual on information and promotion (e.g. contracts with employees and other documents will be prepared in font 12 Arial, alignment to the left, space 1.15). The project is in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU of 7 June 2016, with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of the European Parliament and of the Council. 13.12.2006, ensures the availability of the support offered and all products (P) in accordance with the accessibility standards annexed to the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027. The Pajęczański District has not adopted existing legal acts that are discriminatory, contrary to the principles referred to in Art. 3 Rs. EP and Council of the EU No 2021/1060 of 24.06.2021 as regards gender, race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation. The project is consistent with the principle of sustainable development - pro-ecological solutions will be used in it, e.g. double-sided printing of materials, the project implemented in accordance with the principle of: Do no significant harm to the environment (DNSH). The main results that will be achieved through the implementation of the project are the proper organization of work, updating knowledge, acquiring new skills, increasing the quality of work performed and opening the way for the employee to professional promotion.
