The project is implemented by the District Labour Office in Pabianice. The target group of the project are PSZ employees employed in the PLO in Pabianice in the Pabianice district (Łódź province). At the end of June 2024, 2,561 unemployed persons and 133 persons with job-seeker status were registered at the PLO in Pabianice. Nearly 50% are long-term unemployed requiring long-term support, not only professionally, but above all socially. In order to meet the increasingly complex needs of their clients, employees of labour offices must be perfectly prepared in legal terms and equipped with appropriate competences. Improving the skills of PES staff is fundamental to ensuring the quality of the services provided to customers. PUP will provide professional training and postgraduate studies tailored to the needs of participants. In the face of dynamic market changes and evolving customer expectations, continuous improvement of employees' qualifications becomes a key element of each institution's strategy. Ensuring that employees have access to the latest knowledge and skills, especially in the area of modern digital tools, becomes a priority. Due to the limited resources of the Labour Fund in individual years and the constantly increasing costs of upskilling services, it is not always possible to meet all employees' expectations in this area. Thanks to the implementation of the project, 31 people will gain qualifications. The project will contribute to increasing the accessibility offered by tut. Office of services adequate to the growing needs. The above will have an impact on improving the efficiency of services provided to PSZ clients and will contribute to the removal of the barrier of availability to improve the qualifications of the office staff. At each stage of the project, the developer will guarantee the introduction of measures to eliminate inequalities due to age and disability. Support will be provided in buildings accessible to people with different disabilities, training programmes tailored to the individual needs or limitations resulting from the disability of the participants. The method of implementing support in the form of postgraduate studies will take into account the individual needs and capabilities of participants with disabilities. Information about the project will be provided in plain language, if such a need is identified, the documents provided to participants will be adapted to their individual needs (e.g. by printing in a larger font). The developer's website meets accessibility standards for people with disabilities. The project is in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Moreover, the project does not provide for forms of support identical to actions under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme.
