The main objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of services provided to clients of Public Employment Services, increase access to professional and professional services in the employment of foreigners, job placement, career counseling, as well as to strengthen and develop human resources. The target group are employees of the District Labour Office in Sieradz. As part of the project, it is planned to improve the professional qualifications of the Office's employees by directing them to postgraduate studies. Thanks to the implementation of the project, 4 people will gain qualifications, the quality of services provided to unemployed people, jobseekers and employers will be improved, work efficiency will be increased, self-confidence and better self-esteem will be increased, motivation to work will be increased, communication skills will be improved and the image of the Office will be improved. The District Labour Office in Sieradz will be guided by the principle of equality between women and men and equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the elderly through the application of a reasonable accommodation mechanism. The project will be in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
