The aim of the project is to support the integration of citizens of third countries, especially citizens of Ukraine, who settled in the territory of the Lodz voivodeship in connection with the attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine; and community support, by providing intervention, information, education and psychological support to 100 third-country nationals (50K, 50M), 780 employees/volunteers of public and non-public entities working for third-country nationals, including at the Applicant's premises, refugee centres, schools; and organisation of animation, integration and reception events for third-country nationals. Support in the project for third-country nationals will be provided in the form of: (a)infoline, (b)child therapy, (c)adult psychotherapy, (d)psychiatric consultations for children and adults, (e)Polish language classes for children and adults, (f)educational meetings for parents/guardians of children in the refugee crisis. Support in the project for employees/volunteers of entities acting for the benefit of third-country nationals will be provided in the form of: (a)training for employees of schools, cultural institutions and other (b)therapeutic workshops for people working with people in the refugee crisis, (c)supervision.The host team will be supported through local events in the form of art therapy classes, animac classes, integrating the refugee and host community. The aim of the project is to support children, teenagers and adults in the refugee crisis, primarily in the psychol., inform.,educ., and support institutions and specialists working with third-country nationals.An additional element of the project are animation activities, integrating the refugee and local communities. The support provided will be appropriate to the needs of the participants – their situation on the labour market, knowledge of Polish, education, qualifications, cultural differences, gender, age, health situation. Both sides, i.e. foreigners and host societies, including public institutions, org.pozarz.and community of migrant origin, will be involved in activities aimed at integrating migrants into the Polish society. At every stage of the project, the principle of equality between women and men (both in the field of real services to recipients and in the field of project management) will be implemented. The space will be the principle of equal social value, equal rights and equal rights for women and men (e.g. at the stage of recruiting people involved in real services, substantive criteria will be taken into account, such as education, training, qualifications, and not the gender of the candidate; at the stage of recruiting project participants, formal eligibility criteria will be taken into account, followed by pref. criteria, in accordance with the project rules, and not the gender of the potential participant).
