The objective of the project is to increase equal and timely access to quality, sustainable and affordable services, including services that support access to housing and person-centred care(...); modernisation of social protection systems (...) - project implementation will contribute to performance. Support will be provided to 590 (480K, 110M) people in need of support in everyday functioning (including due to age, health condition, disability), 10 people. (9K, 1M) from the environment of the above-mentioned gr., in particular families caring for seniors, people with disabilities and other people requiring support in everyday functioning and staff of entities providing services in the Lodz community. Project activities are specifically aimed at seniors, i.e. people aged 60+. The main results of the project will be: creating 63 community service places and 3 assisted housing places, providing 31 people who provide or are ready to provide community service in the local community and expanding the offer of support and quality of services offered by 2 entities. The joint venture will be real in the period 01.07.2023-31.12.2026 in the Tomaszów poviat in the Łódzkie voivodship. As part of the project, tasks related to services provided in the local community will be carried out, including: care services (care services in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, special care services in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, daily care services, i.e. DDP and KS), assistant services, services in the form of communal and accompanying dwellings, as an element of the communal complex (delivery meals, rentals, psychological advice). In addition, measures will be implemented to increase the number and capacity of staff for the provision of services in the local community and to ensure access to supervision.
