In order to prepare the project, a detailed participatory diagnosis of social problems occurring in the POW operating in the Opoczno poviat was carried out. Therefore, the implementation of the project will be a response to the diagnosed problems of institutional foster care of our region, and at the same time will be consistent with the specific objective of the FELD.07.12 Action, i.e. "services for the family" the development of family support services and foster care and the development of skills and human resources for the provision of community services and access to supervision. Action to be implemented: trauma therapy, therapeutic camp, specialist counseling, tutoring for pupils of institutional foster care. The support will be tailored to individual needs, potential and personal preferences. An individual support path will be developed for schoolchildren. The main results that will be achieved are: returning to balance after a hard experience, regulating negative feelings, improving everyday functioning in the social sphere, improving peer relationships, equalizing educational arrears. The project is in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, equal opportunities and accessibility, the principle of sustainable development and the Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2021-2027. All project activities are planned in places that provide free access for people with disabilities, meetings will be organized with accessibility - both with the accessibility of the place and the form of communication, promotion and information about the project will be available in an appropriate format using a variety of information channels. We envisage recruitments closed due to the scope of impact, i.e. for all pupils of care and education institutions. The project is an exception to the minimum standard due to closed recruitment. Support under the project is addressed to all pupils: the Poviat Care and Education Centre ‘Przystań’ in Żarnów, the Poviat Care and Education Centre ‘Pałacyk’ in Mroczków Gośc., the Family-type POW in Mroczków Gośc. and Białaczowe. Despite the fact that the project is an exception, actions have been planned to ensure that the principle of equality between women and men is respected, so that there are no equality barriers at any stage of the project implementation.
