The main objective of the project is to develop social services addressed to children from foster care, i.e. family and institutional care, to the environment of these children, i.e. government, foster families of people running rdd, spouses rz, biological children rz and rdd, people independent from foster care in order to support the above-mentioned people in the process of emancipation. As part of the project, additional staff will be employed to support the people covered by the project - the project coordinator will receive a joint supervision post -1, a psychologist -1, and the coordinator responsible for the proper implementation of the project will also be employed. Support is planned to cover: 181 pers., Zam. zduńskowolski. The support offered will be available to all participants. The architecture of the PCPR building, where the services will be provided, is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, including a lift, bathrooms adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The main result of the project will be to improve the functioning of children by equalizing educational opportunities, , improving functioning on an emotional, cognitive and social level. Their self-esteem will increase and their self-esteem will increase. On the other hand, the children's environment will learn to deal with various problems and build relationships with the child and shape educational competences. In the case of people who are independent from foster care, they will gain new qualifications by completing a driving licence course cat. B to increase their attractiveness in the labour market and thereby improve their quality of life. In addition, by participating in the project in life resourcefulness training, they will gain the competences necessary to achieve independence and life resourcefulness, which they lack after leaving foster care. The activities of the project will be consistent with the principle of sustainable development, i.e. pro-ecological solutions will be applied, such as: energy and water saving, paper saving for double-sided printing, use of biodegradable disposable or reusable vessels. The principle of "do no significant harm to the environment" will be applied. Children raised in foster care during the project will acquire skills as part of the social services offered, necessary to take advantage of the opportunities for economic growth and social progress in the future, they will not live in poverty, but will achieve a standard of living that will enable them to function in a dignified and comfortable way in our country. Heads of government, which will be implemented in the form of social services for project participants in the form of: help in learning in the form of tutoring in two subjects, organizing sensory integration therapy, training for the replacement of aggression, psychological support - psychological employment, organization of cultural and educational char., therapeutic trips, hard-working coordinator of rpz., org. gr. support - hardworking leader, supervision for the coordinator of rpz, organization of a ferry picnic. B, life resourcefulness training for the independent. The support planned in the project is tailored to the individual needs, potential and personal preferences of the project participants. The project coordinator and public procurement specialist will be employed for the proper implementation of the project. The implementation of the project will comply with the Charter of Fundamental Rights and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The project shall ensure accessibility to the project and to all project products (including services) that are not considered neutral in accordance with accessibility standards, equality of support for all persons irrespective of sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation.
