"#Family"

The project covers the area of PŁW. The aim is to improve access to witness support services for the family through comprehensive support offered to children placed in foster care, biological children, RZ, RB. The project's assumptions are in line with the SZOP FEŁ2027, the Charter of Fundamental Rights of 7 June 2016, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of 13 December 2006, Kraj.Progr.Against Poverty and the Resolution 2021-2027, Issues on Equality Principles. Development Losses of FYS 2023-2030, Str.Gminne, Powiatowe, Statutes of Units. Reali. will contribute directly to the achievement of the specific objective. through specific actions supporting the social integration of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including the most deprived and children. The goal will be achieved by offering comprehensive services until 31.08.2027. The sustainability of the results will be maintained (ensuring continuity of the various forms of support, readiness to provide). The availability of services is preceded by an environmental diagnosis. All activities will provide access for the target group in terms of promotion and infor. (suitable for. posters, easy language, placing infor. in places accessible to all regardless of gender, disability, lack of care and upbringing, conversations with OT os. requiring support to reach and personalize help, website adapted for the visually impaired, hearing impaired; info-promotional availability standard) as well as recruitment (recruitment materials in an accessible format, if necessary providing a sign interpreter, Braille, or assistant support during the recruitment interview; standard access.digital). Ensuring access to the support offered by providing transport; transport standard, barrier reduction and the use of MRUs and ZPUs; The architectural standard. Support presented in an accessible way for recipients with diverse needs, simple intelligible language. As part of the accessibility standards for people with special support needs, the project ensures the nature of services and entitlements that will directly result from the needs of a given person, e.g. extended time, participation of support people, provision of mat.in alternative versions, purchase (rent) and installation of systems supporting hearing, recording Video, change of support available for people with special needs. The project provides equal access to K and M at all stages of planning and evaluation. At the planning stage, actions were carried out to equalize the availability of these communities, which regardless of gender, origin, race, color, language, religion, beliefs, political opinions, age, disability or sexual orientation are in a more difficult economic and social situation. Actions are planned to ensure conscious differences between K's and M's lives, recognizing the diversity of needs, experiences and gender priorities regardless of degree of dependency, disability, hatched community, religion, origin, material status, place of care and upbringing. Actions will contribute to the elimination of stereotypes of horizontal, vertical segregation of the labour market. Project implemented in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities, gender. PCPR as a JST in its tasks and assumptions cooperates with the RZ, children and biological families, PCPR (since 2008) with the help of EU funds supports the inhabitants of PŁW, cooperating with associations, municipalities, foundations. In 2014, the PCPR implemented the final innovative project: ‘Choose the future’ – innovative tools to support social intervention. This project was part of the international didactic program Aflatoun.
