EZ CRY - Eliminating Health Risk Factors in the Workplace at "Tax Advisor Mirosława Fastyn"

The project will be implemented in the period 01.05.2025-31.10.2025r. in the district of the city of Łódź in the Łódzkie voivodship (WŁ). The project will support 18 employees (16K, 2M) of the Applicant, working in conditions negatively affecting health. The main objective of the project is to provide 18 employees of the company Tax Advisor Mirosława Fastyn, working in conditions negatively affecting health, a healthy and well-adapted work environment by improving work ergonomics, providing access to health services, health education and health promotion in the workplace, by 31.10.2025. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of a comprehensive programme to support the health of workers, with the following tasks: Task 1. Improving employee ergonomics Task 2. Health services for employees Task 3. Health Education Task 4. The activities established in the project are tailored to the needs and expectations of the Project Participants (POs), identified by the Applicant through own research and in-depth diagnosis of the occurrence of adverse health factors in the work environment. Substantive activities in the project will be carried out only on the basis of the results of an in-depth diagnosis. Fulfilment of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination: The project will promote equal opportunities for all without discrimination based on sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation, at any stage and in any process of implementation. The project complies with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for NSAs, by guaranteeing fair and full participation in the project to all persons meeting the accepted criteria, regardless of the factors indicated above. This applies to UP and project staff. All design products will be available to OzN and comply with the principle of universal design. The project's products will include health services provided to UP, educational and information activities. The project assumes the possibility of using facilities for OzN under the MRU (further inf. from the "Tasks" section). Due to the closed recruitment, the project is an exception for which the minimum standard does not apply. At the same time, the project ensures equal management of the project and the project indicators are presented by K and M. The main results of the project: 1.
