The main objective of the project is to support 3 primary schools (Public SP in Naramice; Public SP in Młynisk; Maria Konopnicka Public School in Biała) from the Biała Commune, their pupils and teachers, including in the area of shaping key competences by extending the offer in the form of additional classes for 191 pupils (97K, 94M), including 103 with special educational needs (43K, 60M), including 2 OzN (1K, 1M) and 5 with migration experience (3K, 2M), professional development of 36 teachers (31K, 5M) and purchase of equipment and teaching aids in the period 01.03.2025 - 28.02.2027. The project plans tasks: Zad. 1: Provision of equipment and teaching aids to SP in Naramice; Zad. 2: Provision of equipment and teaching aids to SP in Młynisk; Zad. 3: Provision of equipment and teaching aids for SP in Biała; Zad. 4: Improving the quality of education at SP in Naramice; Zad. 5: Improving the quality of education in SP Młynisku; Zad. 6: Improving the quality of education at Maria Konopnicka SR in Biała; Zad. 7: Professional development of teachers from 3 SP (SP in Biała, SP in Naramice, SP in Młynisk) from the Biała Commune; The objective of the project, its scope (the above-mentioned tasks) and the target group were formulated on the basis of the Diagnosis of Needs, which was carried out by W-ca in February 24. The Diagnosis revealed the problems, needs and barriers of the selected target group, described in detail in paragraph . Target groups. Results to be achieved through the implementation of the project: - Number of students who have acquired a qualification after leaving the programme: 154 (78K, 76M); - Number of representatives of school and educational system staff who obtained their qualifications after leaving the programme: 29 (25K, 4M). W-ca declares that the project will be implemented in accordance with the principle of equality between women and men and the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination (Guidelines for the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027). W-ca did not diagnose equality barriers in the subject area of the intervention and/or the scope of the project's impact – the number of children accepted for the project is due to demography in the Municipality and actual needs. No discriminatory action will be taken on grounds of sex, race, colour, etc. OZN will have (according to established criteria) priority in recruitment. Support will be available to all participants. Classes will be held in architecturally accessible spaces (including all classes for students on the ground floor. If W-ca identifies the occurrence of barriers, he will apply the MRU. Websites on which inf-prom materials will be posted will comply with the WCAG 2.1 standard. W-ca will provide various ways of informing about the possibility of participating in the project (including oral information in lessons or information on websites). Recruitment forms will include questions about special needs/facilities allowing for the participation of people with special needs, including OZN. The indicators are broken down by gender. All documents and methods of communication carried out as part of the project at every stage, e.g. recruitment, conducting classes, access to services, monitoring - will not be personalized and gender-oriented. W-ca when choosing both the Management Team and the staff conducting classes for students is guided only by competences, experience or qualifications. The purchased equipment and equipment will be dedicated to both men and women. The selection criteria and the recruitment procedure will not promote the participation of any gender.
