The aim of the project is to increase the quality of education in the First High School in Glowno (LO/GŁ) aimed at supporting equal access to good quality, inclusive education and training in particular for disadvantaged groups, by increasing the competences/qualifications of 20 n-li (18K/2M) LO/GŁ, adapting and retrofitting the LO/GŁ workshop and by organizing for150 students. (95K/55M) LO/GŁ: didactic-compensatory classes preparing for the baccalaureate, individual classes preparing for the baccalaureate of the SPE, preparing for the baccalaureate at an extended level, interest circles (from foreign languages, historical-citizen, mathematical, theatrical, biological-chemical, IT, historical) developing key socio-emotional competences, universal abilities and interests of the pupil and vocational counseling classes, carried out on the following dates: 01.09.2025 - 30.06.2027 Gr. target (GD) pr. are: 1. First High School in Glowno (LO/GŁ); 2. Students (learn) LO/GŁ: 150 people (95K/55M); 3. N-le employed in LO/GŁ: 20 n-li (18K/2M); Indicators, including: •Number of pupils in schools and educational establishments providing general education supported:150 (95K/55M); •Number of representatives of school and educational system staff supported: 20 (18K/2M); •Number of schools and educational establishments supported: 1; •Number of children/pupils with special developmental and educational needs supported: 10 (5K/5M); It is planned to carry out 24 tasks, including: adaptation, retrofitting of the LO/GŁ studio (task 1), improvement of competences/qualifications n-li (2), didactic-compensatory preparation for the Matura (3-5), individual preparation for the Matura student with SPE (9-12), preparation for the Matura at the extended level (6-8), interest circles (13-23), career counseling (24); The implementation of pr. meets the principle of equality of K/M by: identification of existing equality barriers (gender stereotypes) actions responding to identified barriers, implementation of indicators broken down by gender, equal governance. In accordance with the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, current at the date of publication of the call (Guidelines), pr. meets the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for OZ/N by enabling all persons to participate fairly in the support offered under the pr. regardless of their sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation. Pr. ensures the availability of pr. support and all pr. products. (including services) that are not considered neutral, in accordance with the accessibility standards annexed to the Guidelines. It was assumed that at least 10 pupils would be supported. (5K/5M) with SPE, including 2 Oz/N (1K/1M). Barriers may include: too fast pace of work, low motivation and sense of self-worth, specialized language, architectural barriers; Recruitment will take place in premises accessible to Oz/N, the pr. website designed in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 standard, the products and activities for recruitment will contain information on the availability of architectural and informational information about the possibility of using sign language translations and assistants, the presentation of information in pr. will be in simple and easy language, the pace of classes will be adapted to the needs and capabilities of the UP, including Oz/N.
