The aim of the project is to equalize access to good quality educational activities, inclusive education and development activities and the possibility of their completion for 254 students, including students from the ON, students with special educational needs (SPE) and with migration experience, through the support of the Primary School in Różyca and the Primary School in Debt in the form of organizing additional classes for students, improving qualifications for teachers and retrofitting the facility with teaching equipment and materials in the period 01.09.2024-31.07.2026r. Target group: • 68 pupils (28dz/40ch) attending SP Długie, including 16 pupils with ON/SPE and 1 with migration experience • 186 pupils (93dz/93ch) attending SP Różyca, including 22 pupils with ON/SPE and 2 with migration experience • 2 teachers employed at SP Różyca (2K) • 2 establishments – SP Długie and SP Różyca Main results: •support for 2 primary schools, including support for inclusive education •support for 2 school staff (2K) •support for 254 pupils, including 10 pupils from the SA, 28 pupils from the SPE and 3 pupils with migration experience • 229 pupils and 2 teachers who will acquire qualifications after leaving the programme 1. The project and its activities comply with the principles of equality, including the principle of equality between women and men and the principle of equal opportunities, including accessibility for SAs and non-discrimination set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027. Fulfilment of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination - the activities proposed in the project, including recruitment, will ensure fair and full participation of all participants, regardless of gender, age, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation; transparent recruitment rules will be guaranteed, the implementation of substantive activities without duplicating stereotypes, taking into account substantive content that does not criticize any person in any way. The project and its activities will ensure accessibility for people with different types of disabilities and older people. - the project does not assume participation in the elderly (but the school ensures accessibility for this group), students with disabilities will participate. The school provides them with architectural accessibility, educational materials appropriate to their needs, psychological and pedagogical assistance on the school's premises, in accordance with the needs of a given child resulting strictly from their judgment. All project activities, including recruitment and content-based activities, will guarantee equal access to support regardless of gender. Actions will not replicate gender stereotypes, recruitment is planned on the basis of clearly defined criteria. The project and its activities are in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Equal Opportunities and Accessibility and the principle of sustainable development.
