Objective: Supporting equal access to and completion of quality, inclusive education and training for pupils (240 SP1+ 170 Gałków Duży), in particular for pupils with SPE, pupils with migration experience and accessibility for persons with disabilities by supporting primary schools in Koluszka and Gałków Duży, as part of the organisation of additional classes for pupils, courses/training for teachers and equipping facilities with teaching equipment and materials in the period 01.11.2024 – 30.09.2026. Target Group: • 240 SP1 + 170 Gałków Large students attending SP No. 1 in Koluszki and SP in Gałków Duży • 51 SP1 + 34 Gałków Large teachers employed in SP in Gałków Duży and SP No. 1 in Koluszki • Primary School No. 1 in Koluszki and Primary School in Gałków Duże Proj. including its activities meet the principles of equality, including the principle of equality between women and men and the principle of equal opportunities, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and non-discrimination set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027. Fulfilment of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination - activities in the project, including recruitment, ensures that all participants participate fairly and fully in the project, regardless of gender, age, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation, by guaranteeing transparent recruitment rules, carrying out substantive activities without duplicating stereotypes, taking into account substantive content that does not criticise any person in any way. The project and its activities ensure the implementation of accessibility for people with different types of disabilities and older people - 10 (SP1 Koluszki)+ children with disability certificate - autism, speech aphasia and slight impairment, which do not have dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system, will participate in the project. 9 children (SP Knobs) autism, aphasia, mild impairment, who do not have musculoskeletal dysfunction . However, in the case of participation of people with disabilities, architectural accessibility is ensured – SP Gałków Duży does not have a driveway or lift for people moving on a wheelchair. Podjaz is to the sports hall, which is part of the school, without the possibility of further movement. In the case of participants with mobility disabilities, a staircase will be used (SP 1 has a driveway and a passenger elevator for people moving in a wheelchair) and the WN headquarters have platforms for people moving in a wheelchair. For the participation of wasps, including visually or hearing impaired children, educational materials appropriate to their needs will be provided, including the provision of a sign interpreter, materials written in the Breila alphabet. In the case of other disabilities, especially among children, it provides communication rules and educational materials in accordance with the needs of the child resulting strictly from the judgment. It is assumed that people over 50 years of age - teachers - will participate. (SP 1 - YES) SP Gałków Duży - YES All activities in the project, including recruitment and substantive activities, will guarantee equal access to support regardless of gender. Actions will not replicate gender stereotypes, recruitment is planned on the basis of clearly defined criteria. The project and its activities are in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Equal Opportunities and Accessibility and the principle of sustainable development.
