OBJECTIVE:Improving the quality of education in the 1st High School in Koluszki (I LO) by increasing educational opportunities for 136 students (90 students/46chł.) in terms of correcting identified deficits, shaping and developing key, social and universal competences in children, increasing skills. 32 (24K/8M) teachers and equipping the institution with the necessary assistance for the implementation of high-quality education in the period 01.11.2024-31.10.2026. TARGET GROUP: 1) pupils of 1LO-136(90 d./46 d.) 2)teachers–32(24K/8M)– employees 1 LO 3)educational institution – 1 LO in Koluszki Compensatory classes Skills-developing classes Interest Circles Training for teaching staff Retrofitting the RESULTS facility: L. pupils who acquired the qualification after leaving the threshold. L. representatives of the staff of schools and educational system institutions who obtained qualifications after leaving the project will contribute to the achievement of the goal in detail.FELD.08.07 by ensuring equal access to high-quality education for students of the Łódzkie voivodship.The planned activities are a response to the diagnosis carried out before the start of the project, which allowed to define the key problems and needs of students of the I LO. In accordance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (Official Journal of the European Union No. Ooh, ooh, ooh. EU C 326, 26.10.2012, p. 391), the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Dz. Journal of Laws 2012, item 1169, as amended).The project will be available for people with various types of disabilities. There will be real support in buildings without archit barriers and will ensure digital accessibility (all digital resources will meet the WCAG 2.1 min standards at AA level).Access to the project and participation in it will be conditioned only by meeting its substantive assumptions. As of today, I LO is attended by children with a disability/SPE certificate, so teachers have experience in working with them, an institution adapted to their needs. Implementation of the rules: Recruitment: Application only and excluding the criteria not excluding disabled persons from participation in the project Facilities in the scope of access to information about the project and recruitment forms (readability, assistance in completing). Tasks:providing, among others, architectural facilities, including conducting classes, e.g. on the ground floor, planned forms of conducting classes will not prevent disabled people from participating in the project,providing participation in classes for an additional teacher and/or guardian if necessary. In accordance with the principle of universal design, the provision of the above and other facilities depending on the needs of persons with disabilities during participation in the project will be implemented in such a way that, as far as possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design, they are useful for everyone. The project will have a neutral impact on the implementation of the principle of sustainable development. When using natural resources, all project participants and staff will not be guided only by meeting their own needs, but will take into account future generations and the state of the surrounding environment, including by: efficient and economical use of paper and printing equipment, saving electricity, using energy-saving solutions, saving water, waste segregation. Analysis of the situation of women and men does not require additional measures to be taken to minimise inequalities (no diagnosed equality barriers in GD).Project management takes into account the principle by ensuring gender-balanced participation in the decision-making process, introducing flexible forms of employment that make it possible to reconcile work and private life.Wn assumes equal pay and responsibilities regardless of gender, project staff and specialists recruited on the basis of their competences and qualifications.Wn. assumes avoiding stereotypical messages in in inf.-prom,family materials). The gender breakdown reflects KiM's participation in the target group.There are no gender barriers.
