Experts in the IT industry

TYPE 1 and 3 PROJ.The applicant for the project is the District of Zgierski as the managing authority of the Zgierski Complex of Secondary Schools (ZZSP). The project will be implemented in the period 1.9.2024- 31.08.2026.Project value2 988 293.12 PLN.Own contribution 10%-298 829.32 PLN. The project implementation was preceded by a Diagnosis drawn up on the basis of the needs of the institution and the people covered by the support, and the selection of the doc. group and the envisaged forms of support were determined on the basis of the conclusions of this diagnosis.The Pedagogical Council was familiar with the diagnosis and gave a positive opinion on it.The diagnosis was approved by the lead authority. The activities planned in the project do not duplicate activities implemented at central level (both from ESF+ and national sources). Proj.establishes cooperation with the socio-economic environment (development of student internship programs.in cooperation with companies hosting students for internships, purchases of equipment for studios, planned additional activities for students and teachers have been consulted with community institutions). Proj.ensures the availability of support and all project outputs (including services) that are not considered neutral, in accordance with the accessibility standards annexed to the Guidelines for the Implementation of Equality Principles under the EU Funds 2021-2027.Proj.ensures equality of support for all persons irrespective of sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation, in accordance with the Guidelines for the Implementation of Equality Principles under the EU Funds 2021-2027. Proj.is in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, equal opportunities and accessibility, and the principles of sustainable development and DNSH (do no significant harm). The main objective of the project is to improve the employability of 100 students (10K,90M) from IT technicians (TI), programmer technicians (TP), English-language programmer technicians (TPA) from ZZSP by organizing additional specialist classes for students enabling them to gain professional qualifications; competences; educational consulting program.-.zaw. using the model developed under PO WER (4 PREMIUM CRITERIA) and providing apprenticeships to 70 students (70% of the doc group) in companies cooperating with the school. The project is complemented by the organization of support for teachers in the form of IT training and workshops on anti-discrimination (2 PREMISING CRITERIA) for a total of 6 people (3K,3M). The element of the project is the purchase of modern equipment for the IT studio in accordance with the program basis in the TI profession. Modern techniques for diagnosing, modifying and repairing ecological electronic packages in IT devices, including SPACE (IPC) components;Eco-friendly assembly and repair of BGA components present in IT devices and applications operating in space (BGA);Protection and care for the environment-modern, eco-friendly electronic packages operating in IT devices, and the phenomenon of electrostatic discharge (ESD) - these are pro-ecological tasks(1 PREMIUM CRITERIA);Introduction to cloud computing;Information security;Investigation IT;Penetration tests; providing internships for pupils in companies cooperating with the school.For teachers: training in forensic computer science; C# - Programming at the basic level; penetration tests; anti-discrimination workshops. The result of the project will be the acquisition of professional qualifications by students in the field of IPC, ESD, BGA - students will receive international IPC Certificates and MEN Certificates. The project supports the direction consistent with regional needs - INFORMATION TECHNICS - a profession that fits into the Regional Smart Specializations of the Lodz Voivodeship (RIS)-5 PREMIUM CRITERIA.
