Robotics - the profession of the future

TYPE 1 and 3 PROJ.The applicant for the project is the District of Zgierski as the managing authority of the Zgierski Complex of Secondary Schools (ZZSP). The project will be implemented in the period 1.7.2024 - 30.06.2026.Project value2 085 271.97 PLN.Own contribution 10%-208 527.20 PLN. The project implementation was preceded by a Diagnosis drawn up on the basis of the needs of the institution and the people covered by the support, and the selection of the doc. group and the envisaged forms of support were determined on the basis of the conclusions of this diagnosis.The Pedagogical Council was familiar with the diagnosis and gave a positive opinion on it.The diagnosis was approved by the lead authority. The activities planned in the project do not duplicate activities implemented at central level (both from ESF+ and national sources). Proj. assumes cooperation with the socio-economic environment (development of student internship programs.in cooperation with companies accepting students for internships, purchases of studio equipment, planned additional activities for students were consulted with institutions of the social environment). Proj.ensures the availability of support and all project products (including services) that have not been considered neutral, in accordance with the accessibility standards annexed to the Guidelines for the Implementation of Equality Principles under EU Funds 2021-2027.Proj.ensures equality of support for all persons without sex, race, skin colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation, in accordance with the Guidelines for the Implementation of Equality Principles under EU Funds 2021-27. Proj.is in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights (CFR), the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, equal opportunities and accessibility, and the principles of sustainable development and DNSH (do no significant harm). The main objective of the project is to improve the employability of 40 pupils (1K,39M) from the Technical University of Warsaw, mainly robotics (TR) technicians from the ZZSP, by organizing specialist extracurricular activities for pupils enabling them to gain professional qualifications; competence; educational consultancy program, using the model developed under the PO WER (4 CRITERIA PREMIUM "USE OF MODELS") and providing apprenticeships to 28 pupils (70% of the doc. group) in companies cooperating with the school. The activities in the project are complemented by the organisation of support for teachers in the form of anti-discrimination workshops (2 CRITERIA PREVENTING DISCRIMINATION) for 5 persons(5M). An element of the project is the purchase of an examination and didactic stand for a robotic workshop with a core curriculum in the profession of robotic technicians. Tasks: for students from Modern methods of soldering, diagnosing and repairing ecological electronic packages found in modern mechatronic devices together with a component for packages operating in space (IPC); A.Diagnosis and troubleshooting of ecologically assembled Ball Grid Array components found in mechatronic products and space applications (BGA); Protection against static electricity and assembly stations for the repair of ecologically assembled mechatronic packages (ESD); Zaj.Construction, configuration and programming of an automated industrial station with the possibility of making ecological solder connections are pro-environmental tasks(1 CRITERIA PREMIUM ‘CLIMATE’);Educational consultancy;providing apprenticeships in companies cooperating with the school.For teachers: anti-discrimination workshops. The result of the project will be the acquisition of professional qualifications by pupils after graduation - pupils will receive international IPC Certificates and MEN Certificates. The project supports the field of education in line with regional needs - ROBOTYK TECHNIQUE - a profession that fits into Industry 4.0 (5 PREMIUM CRITERIA).
