TYPE 1 and 3 PROJ.The applicant for the project is the District of Tomaszowski as the managing authority of ZSPnr1 in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.The project will be implemented in the period 1.9.2024- 31.08.2026.Project value: PLN 2 999 373.82.Own contribution: 10%-299 937.39 PLN. The project implementation was preceded by a Diagnosis drawn up on the basis of the needs of the institution and the people covered by the support, and the selection of the doc. group and the envisaged forms of support were determined on the basis of the conclusions of this diagnosis.The Pedagogical Council was familiar with the diagnosis and gave a positive opinion on it.The diagnosis was approved by the lead authority. The activities planned in the project do not duplicate activities implemented at central level (both from ESF+ and national sources). Proj.establishes cooperation with the socio-economic environment (development of student internship programs.in cooperation with companies hosting students for internships, purchases of equipment for studios, planned training and additional activities for students and teachers have been consulted with institutions of the social environment). Proj.ensures accessibility to support and to all project outputs (including services) that are not considered neutral, in line with accessibility standards, as annexed to the Guidelines for the Implementation of Equality Principles under Union Funds 2021-2027.Proj.ensures equality of support for all persons irrespective of gender, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation, in line with the Guidelines for the Implementation of Equality Principles under Union Funds 2021-2027.Proj.is in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, equal opportunities and accessibility, and the principle of sustainable development and DNSH(do no significant harm). The main objective of the project is to improve the employability of 100 students (91M,9K) in the field of IT (TI) and military IT (TIW) techniques from ZSP No. 1 in Tomaszów Maz. by organizing additional specialist classes for students enabling them to gain qualifications and competences; educational consulting program.-.zaw. using the model developed under the OP WER(4 PREMIUM CRITERIA) and providing apprenticeships to 70 students (70% of the doc group) in companies cooperating with the school. The project is complemented by the organisation of support for teachers in the form of IT training and anti-discrimination workshops (2 PREMIUM CRITERIA) for a total of 10 people (6M,4K). The element of the project is the purchase of modern equipment for IT and multimedia studios in accordance with the core curriculum in the TI profession. Modern techniques for diagnosing, modifying and repairing ecological electronic packages in IT devices, taking into account SPACE (IPC) elements; Ecological assembly and repair of BGA components found in IT devices and applications operating in space (BGA) - these are pro-ecological tasks(1 PREMIUM CRITERIA);add.z PYTHON-programming at the basic level;Basic administration of the LINUX system;CISCO level I and II;educational-advice;providing apprenticeships in companies cooperating with the school. For teachers: training Web development -HTML,CSS,Twitter Bootstrap, jQuery, Wordpress, SEO, RWD, graphics for the needs of the web; Android Developer - Creating mobile applications; Advanced PLATAN level 2 service training and anti-discrimination workshops. The project will result in the acquisition of professional qualifications by students after the IPC, BGA-students will receive international IPC Certificates and MEN Certificates. The project supports a direction in line with regional needs (IT technicians) - a sector in line with the Regional Smart Specializations of the Łódzkie Voivodeship (RIS)-5 PREMISING CRITERIA.
