The aim of the project is to increase the quality of vocational education in the School Complex No. 2 in Pabianice (Pab/2) implemented in cooperation with the social and economic environment, aimed at supporting equal access to quality, inclusive education and training, in particular for disadvantaged groups, by increasing the competences/qualifications of 12 n-li Pab/2 (6K/6M), adapting and retrofitting the workshop and by organizing internships, classes/courses for 100 students (34K/66M) in the field of: programming to create innovative games; server management systems; the acquisition, processing, analysis and use of graphical data collected by means of UAVs (drones); innovative ways of using recycling waste; new or improved energy storage technologies; the use of photographs in packaging design and the SEP up to 1kV course implemented in the period of: 01.09.2025-31.08.2027 The target year (GD) of the project (pr.) is: 1. Technical school (Y/m) in Pab/2 - institution providing vocational education for pupils; 2. N-le providing vocational training in T/m in Pab/2: 12 n-li (6K/6M); 3. Teach it to me. T/m in Pab/2: Hundreds of students. (34K/66M); Indicators, including: *Number of pupils and students in schools and vocational training institutions supported: 100 (34K/66M); *Number of representatives of school and educational system staff supported:12 (6K/6M); *Number of pupils in schools and vocational training institutions participating in student placements: 72 (26K/46M); 11 tasks are planned to be carried out in the pr., including: adaptation, retrofitting of the workshop (task 1), improvement of competences / qualifications n-li (2- 3), supplementing the knowledge, skills and professional qualifications of the student. (4-10), student placements (11). The implementation of pr. meets the principle of equality K and M by: identification of equality barriers, actions addressing the identified barriers, through the implementation of gender-disaggregated indicators, ensuring equal governance. Pr. ensures the availability of pr. support and all pr. products. (including services) that were not considered neutral, in accordance with the accessibility standards, which are an annex to the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, current on the date of publication of the call (Guidelines). Ensure equality of support for all persons irrespective of sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation in accordance with the Guidelines. Among the potential UPs there are 134 students. (36K/98M) about SPE, including 13 pers. (3K/10M) with disabilities (Oz/N): motor, intellectual in the light, Aphasia, Asperger's, Gilbert's syndrome, chronic diseases - barriers to them can be, among others: too fast pace of work, low motivation and sense of self-worth, specialized language. Recruitment will take place in premises available to Oz/N, a website designed in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 standard, products and activities for recruitment will contain information on architectural and information accessibility about the possibility of using sign language translations and assistants. The presentation of information in PR will take place in a simple and easy language, the pace of classes will be adapted to the needs and capabilities of UP, including Oz/N. In the event of special needs of Oz/N appearing in PR, which could not have been foreseen at the design stage in order to ensure the possibility of full participation of these people in PR, the MRU will be applied. Activities in the field of inclusive education consist in the purchase of equipping the pedagogical and psychological office with specialized equipment to increase the educational opportunities of pupils with SPE, including Oz/N.
