The aim of the project is to increase the quality of vocational education at the Centre for Vocational Education in Sieradz (CEZ), implemented in cooperation with the economic and social environment, aimed at supporting equal access to quality and inclusive education and training in particular for disadvantaged groups by increasing the competences/professional qualifications of 10 n-li (1K/9M) vocational education, retrofitting school workshops and workshops, through the organization of 152 pupils. CEZ (7K/145M) : internships, educational and professional counselling, pro-environmental classes and in the field of: RES, MMA/MAG welding, automotive with module in English, SEP up to 1KV, programming PLC controllers and numerically controlled machine tools, operation of cutting and conventional machine tools, finishing works in construction, from 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2027. The target group of the project (pr.) comprises: 1. CEZ - an institution providing practical vocational training to a student. 2. Students of Technicians and Industry Schools at CEZ: 152 students (7K/145M); 3. N-le providing vocational training at CEZ: 10 n-li (1K/9M); Indicators include: *Number of pupils and students in schools and vocational training institutions supported: 152 (7K/145M); *Number of representatives of school and educational system staff supported: 10 (1K/9M); *Number of pupils in schools and vocational training institutions participating in student placements: 114 (6K/108M); It is planned to carry out 10 tasks, including: equipment/equipment of CEZ workshop (task 1), improvement of competences/qualifications n-li CEZ (2), enabling the student to obtain qualifications/qualifications (3, 4), supplementing the student's professional knowledge and skills. (5-8), educational and vocational counselling (9) student placements (10). The implementation of pr. meets the principle of equality K and M by: identification of equality barriers, actions addressing the identified barriers, by ensuring equal governance, implementation of indicators disaggregated by gender; Pr. ensures the availability of pr. support and all pr. products. (including services) that were not considered neutral, in accordance with the accessibility standards, which are an annex to the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, current on the date of publication of the call (Guidelines). It shall ensure equality of support for all persons irrespective of sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation in accordance with the Guidelines. Among the potential UPs there are 30 students. (4K/26M) with SPE, including 9 persons (2K/7M) with disabilities (Oz/N): light intellectual disability, Asperger's syndrome, visually impaired, hearing impaired), barriers for them may be, among others: specialized language, too fast pace of work, low self-esteem, difficult to make full use of teaching aids. Recruitment will take place in rooms available to Oz/N, products and activities for recruitment will include information on architectural and information availability about the possibility of using sign language translations and assistants, page pr. in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 standard.Presentation of information in pr. will be made in simple and easy language, the pace of classes will be adapted to the needs and capabilities of UP, including Oz/N. As part of education, specialist equipment will be purchased to equalize educational opportunities for people with SPE, in particular the hearing impaired and visually impaired (lups, induction loops).
