Exploring the boundaries of modern education - a series of trainings for the School Complex No. 1 in Zgierz

The aim of the project is to improve the qualifications and competences of ZS1 students and teachers in Zgierz and to adapt the school's infrastructure so that it allows them to conduct classes in a modern way that takes into account all the principles of inclusive education. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of education in the School Complex No. 1 in Zgierz by providing support (training, advisory, adaptive and retrofitting) to 100 students (including 59K and 41M and 20 teachers (including 15K and 5M) as well as adapting the fields of education to the requirements of the labour market by equipping school workshops with the necessary equipment and equipment. During the classes, gender-sensitive language will be used, posters promoting the project will be placed in the halls, taking into account the images of K and M in order not to perpetuate gender stereotypes and build equal attitudes. In accordance with the principle of sustainable development, the necessary training materials will be printed on two sides the remaining part in electronic form in accordance with the text. WCAG 2.0, in addition, during all activities related to the project (meetings / workshops, etc.) plastic dishes (cups / plates, etc.) will not be used, and always reusable, e.g. glass, porcelain. The main emphasis of the project is on developing students' competences in the fields of photography, multimedia, graphics and printing through specialized courses in each of these areas, as well as soft skills, e.g. career counseling, etc. Courses end with an exam, after which students receive certificates confirming their qualifications. In addition, 20 (15K+5M) staff representatives will be trained, gaining knowledge and skills that will allow you to continue teaching these specialties in future years at the school, but also allow you to carry out tasks in the field of psyche-under-help at the highest level. This will ensure that school pupils have continuous access to quality education in these key areas for the labour market. The project responds to the growing demand of the labour market for professionals from the creative industry, while giving students a competitive advantage in the form of certificates and practical skills. In addition, the project contributes to improving the quality of teaching and the motivation of students to further develop in these fields.
