The aim of the project is to increase the quality of vocational education in the School Complex No. 1 in Pabianice (ZS/1) implemented in cooperation with the social and economic environment, aimed at supporting equal access to quality, inclusive education and training, in particular for disadvantaged groups, by increasing the competences/qualifications of 10 n-li (3K/7M), adapting and equipping the workshop, and by organizing for 76 students (8K/68M) internships, classes in the field of: automation and robotics, design drawing using rapidographs, from hybrid automation systems of smart homes, compensatory classes in mathematics and psycho-educational classes carried out on time: 01.09.2025 - 31.08.2027 Gr. the target of the project (pr.) are: 1. ZS/1 in Pabianice - vocational training institution for pupils; 2. N-le providing vocational training in ZS/1:10 n-li (3K/7M); 3. Teach it to me. ZS/1: 76 to learn. (8K/68M); Indicators, including: *Number of pupils and students in schools and vocational training institutions supported: 76 (8K/68M); *Number of representatives of school and educational system staff supported: 10 (3K/7M); *Number of pupils in schools and vocational training institutions participating in student placements: 76 (8K/68M); It is planned to carry out 8 tasks, including: furnishing of the workshop (degree 1), improvement of competences/qualifications n-li (2), supplementing the knowledge, skills and professional qualifications of the student. (3-5), compensatory (6), psycho-educational (7), student internship (8). The implementation of pr. meets the principle of equality K and M by: identification of equality barriers, actions addressing the identified barriers, through the implementation of gender-disaggregated indicators, ensuring equal governance. Pr. ensures the availability of pr. support and all pr. products. (including services) that were not considered neutral, in accordance with the accessibility standards, which are an annex to the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, current on the date of publication of the call (Guidelines). Ensure equality of support for all persons irrespective of sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age, or sexual orientation in accordance with the Guidelines. Among the potential UPs there are 43 pupils. (7K/36M) with SPE, including 5 pers. (5M) with disabilities (Oz/N), including mild intellectual disability, autism with Asperger's syndrome, hearing loss, chronic diseases, learners with emotional problems, dyslexia - barriers to them may include: too fast pace of work, low motivation and sense of self-worth, specialized language. Recruitment will take place in the premises available to Oz/N, the PR website designed in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 standard, the products and activities for recruitment will contain information on architectural and information availability about the possibility of using sign language translations and assistants The presentation of information in pr. will be made in simple and easy language, the pace of classes will be adapted to the needs and capabilities of UP, including Oz/N. In the event of the appearance of special needs of Oz/N, which could not be foreseen at the design stage in order to ensure the possibility of full participation of these people in the PR, the MRU will be applied. Activities in the field of inclusive education consist in equipping the psychologist's office with specialist assistance for diagnosis and therapy. It is in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union of 7 June 2016 and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, done at New York on 13 December 2006.
